I woke up as the sun was rising, to find a bearded giant looming over me. I assumed he was an unfriendly caretaker or someone trying to kick me of the roof, so I quickly shot up and tried to run.
"Hey! I'm not gonna 'urt yer" He called." I've come to take yer to get yer school stuff."
That stopped me up short.
"You're from Hogsnorts?"
He chucked and said "Hogwarts, and yeah, I was sent by Dumbledore to get yer and bring yer to the Leaky Cauldron.How did yer get up here, without magic?"
"How did you get up here?"
"Flew, o'course"
Looks like there are others.
"Ah. Same."
He looked surprised. "What? I thought yer wern't trained in magic yet?, And yer look a bit too old to be a firs' year anyway."
"I'm 13." I replied. "And what do you mean, magic? I used these." I shook out my wings and spread them so he could see.
He was shocked and amazed. "Merlins Beard... Are those dragon wings?"
I nodded slowly.
"Wow.... I've always wanted a pet dragon..."
