Hope you all liked Chapter 4! I loved writing it, even though it took hours. This chapter will hopefully be full of fluff- another thing I love writing. Enjoy!

Allons-y!

*The Doctor's POV*

"Rose Rose Rose Rose Rose Rose Rose Rose R O S E she's back she's back she's back she's back she's back!!!! MY Rose is back in MY TARDIS and she's in my arms I love her I love her I love her I love her and I GOT TO FINALLY TELL HER
THANK GALLIFREY
she's here!"

These were my thoughts as I held Rose in my arms. 'As I held Rose in my arms'?! That's something I thought I'd never get to think-say again!

I sighed.
My Rose.

"I heard that sigh, Doctor." Rose said accusingly but laughing. "Don't try to deny it, I know what you're thinking."

"What? How do you know what I'm thinking? You didn't pick up telepathic senses, did you? Rose those can be very dangerous, how did you even get those in the other universe? Or wait, am I tapping into your mind on accident? Are-"

"Slow down, mate! I don't have telepathic powers, and no, you aren't tapping into my mind. (But we should try that sometime.)" She smirked at that last bit and I blushed, my thoughts getting away from me.
"I just guessed what you were thinking from that sigh...because I'm feeling the same thing."

I smiled. "And what would that be?"

Rose shrugged. "I don't know. Satisfaction...content...happiness..." She whispered, "Love."

My eyes popped open. It wasn't the first time she had told me this, but it was just amazing to hear. She loved me, and I loved her more than anything. Sorry, TARDIS.

I sighed again, more exaggerated and loud this time. "I guess you're right. All of those things."

We remained silent for awhile. then she released herself from my arms and spoke. "Well, I think I should find my room, get settled...and call my mum."

"Your mum? Oh, how's the infamous slap-happy (quite literally) Jackie doing?"

"She's good. She and Pete got married, had a baby, Tony. Pete's officially "Dad" to me now." Rose replied, with a hint of sadness in her voice, though she tried to cover it up with cheerfulness.

"Really? Oh, that's brilliant. How's old Mickey the Idiot doing?"

Rose laughed. "He's fine. Still my best friend, and helping me out with things." I couldn't help but notice that same bit of sadness on Rose's face, and I couldn't help but ask, "Rose, what's wrong?"

"Nothing! I just...so much has happened since you left, and..." She started to sob.

I rushed to her side, holding her to me once again. "Rose, tell me. I'm here to help you."

"It was just so hard...and Mickey and Mum and Pete helped so much...I don't want to leave them-" Rose cried into my chest.

"Do you need to go back?" I asked hesitantly, disappointed. "Because if you really need to, I will find a way to get you back. Even if it means I have to lose you again-" my voice cracked, nervous of what I was saying- "I will do what I have to to make you happy."

"No, no." She said quietly. I was silently relieved. "I'm just upset, because when I got was transported through the Dimension Cannon-"

"Dimension what?"

"Dimension Cannon, I'll get to that bit later. Anyway, I was about to say 'I love you' to my family before I left, but I was cut off..."

"Like how I was cut off. On Bad Wolf Bay."

Rose nodded. "I didn't get my last chance to say it." She continued to sob again.

"Oh, my Rose, my Rose." I stroked her hair as I held her head to my chest. "I am so, so sorry. I know how you feel. Do you know how upset I was when I was cut off?" She looked up at me with curious eyes.

"I was so upset that I created an entire galaxy for you. The Rose galaxies. (Look it up; there was a Tumblr post that suggested that the Doctor created the Rose galaxies after Doomsday because he was so torn over Rose.) We'll visit sometime, maybe." I laughed hesitantly, the painful memories coming back. The only thing keeping me from letting tears fall was the fact that Rose was with me now.

"Oh, Doctor." She whispered. "It's been a terrible wait."

"How long had it been for you, since that day?" We both obviously knew what day I was speaking of-the worst day of our lives.

Rose sighed. "Four years."

I gasped and pulled her out in front of me so I could see her face. "Four years? Rose. I'm sorry." I stroked her cheek and whispered, "So, so sorry."

She just shook her head. "And you?"

"Two years. Half as much."

"Well, I guess we've got a lot of catching up to do, then!" Rose said, trying to lighten the mood.

I forced a smile. "Yeah. We do."

"So, I'm gonna change, settle in, call my mum-"

"Wait a minute, how can you call her if she's in a different universe?" I asked.

"Oh, U.N.I.T gave me an inter-universal communicator- a phone that works anywhere- that Torchwood invented. They gave me it so I could call back with any information on- well, let's just say we have a lot to talk about later."

I simply nodded my head, for my brain was so overloaded with questions that at the moment I couldn't respond with words accurately.

"Alright, so in, let's say, an hour, meet me here, and we'll find someplace to talk more, 'kay?"

"Okay," was all I could get out. My mind was reeling.

My complicated, lovely, impossible Rose.
