Underneath the rain 🌧

[ 8:00 ] wake up, get dressed, get to school that's how it always goes

" another day "  you told yourself as you looked in the mirror and then you grabbed your bag heading out to the door.

[ 9:00] people laughing, people talking, and people were smiling

Why could you be like that , why were you so lonely

You thought to yourself. 

And that's when he walked in, wooyoung, your ex best friend as you would call it

You put your head down to avoid looking at him.

Class hasn't started yet, you ended up doodling in your book, you could feel the stares come your way from other people and there hurtful words that would play in your head everyday.

This what you went through each day.

" no wonder why wooyoung left her " a girl said to other people while laughing

" look at her, she must be lonely without him "

The thing is that they aren't wrong, you were lost without wooyoung, sometimes it felt harder to breathe without him. But wooyoung didn't want you back and he made sure of it.

Class started.

[ 10:30 ] class ended and you packed your stuff in your backpack while everyone left one by one well you thought,

But wooyoung stayed in watching you put your stuff in your backpack slowly and then he slowly left the classroom.

[ 12:00 ] you were eating your lunch outside, while looking at your phone, you saw a group of people walk by you and it was wooyoung and his new friends, that group also included those girls that would talk about you or tell you mean words.

All the sudden you didn't feel hungry, you put your sandwich back . 

As you walked back to your next class.

" why does she always look sad "  you could hear the girls get closer to you

" cause she has no one anymore, I don't even what's the point for her anymore"

You felt your heart clench, you wouldn't cry. You could hear them walk away and you ran to your spot by a tree and sat down while you cried and it started raining on you

You didn't care if you were late to your next class, it's not like anyone would care.

Like the fire that is growing bigger 

You needed this pain to end, if only you could escape and never come back.

"why aren't you in class"  you heard his voice, you lifted your head

" oh yeah sorry I was just going to class now " you got up and wiped your tears away

But he pulled you back

" why were you crying " he asked you, you avoided looking in his eyes
And instead of telling him, you pulled away from him and walked away leaving him in the cold rain

[ 2:00] you woke up in the middle of night from a night mare crying uncontrollably and silently, you couldn't breathe and it felt like you could take your last breath
