Since it was mentioned that Hongjoong is the only member that doesn't work out that much , I think both of you would do something like some yoga or stretching

" you mean this , I mean it took all lot of practicing to get to this hongjoong " you smiled at him while giving him a wink making him blush
you would have to push him to work out with you the next day though , he would complain and say he was sore from the stretching though.

Seonghwa-
I feel like you and seonghwa would do all lot of outside workouts together or maybe be the gym couple type .
Most of the workouts you guys would do would probably be a mix of cardio, weights , and you can't forget it about yoga and stretching
You would be on a treadmill
" hey y/n looking good " he gives you a wink while you keep tracking your run on the treadmill
Of course he would show off while lifting those weights just for you .
After the workout you guys would go get smoothies together

I feel like with Yeosang the workouts would also be a type of cardio that was fun so maybe you guys would do couple trainings together
" come on Yeosang just push through it " you held yeosang's feet as he did his sit-ups but you would also give him kisses each time he sat up
" I'm getting tired y/n " he would say out of breath . You would motivate him to do his best obviously.
After that you guys would go for a run together . Then would go get something to fuel your bodies .
