Here I am, waking up, still can't sleep on your side

I couldn't get over the fact that he's gone, and he's gone all thanks to me. Depression is taking over me and even though my family and friends are trying so hard to make me feel better, nothing can. It's been a month since Calum died and I will never, ever, find love again... He was the love of my life. No one else

If I could dream long enough, you'd tell me I'd be just fine

Flashback

—Do you need anything, babe? -Cal walks in and pecks my lips-

—I do, but are you going out or...?

—Nah, but I saw your message just now and I see you asked me if I was stopping by Target

—It's because I'm craving ice creams -I giggle and he smiles at me. Love when his eyes crinkle-

—Aren't you... Pregnant?

—Not that I know -I shrug-

Calum's been bugging me and constantly hinting me with the babies idea, but I'm not ready yet and I don't think I will be anytime soon.

—Hmm, that's a shame then

—Cal? Stop that -I sigh, he giggles and shrugs-

—Stop what? -he plays pretend to be clueless-

—That kids thing -I roll my eyes and sigh- I don't picture myself as a mom anytime soon, you know that, right?

—I do but it's just... -he sighs- you'd look so pretty with the bump, and we'd go shopping for our baby... Your mum would love to see you pregnant and I'm beyond sure my mum would love to have a grandchild

—I know, they've hinted me before with that but I just ignore it or brush it off, right now it's just not the time, babe...

—Then when is? We've been together for four years now, we've been living together for two & you can't say because we need to live like a couple first before starting a family because we've already lived like one, I mean, we've traveled, experienced things and that kind of stuff

I sigh at his insistence, I don't even know why Calum wanted so bad to have a child

—I thought Michael would be the one to become a dad first, but you just won -I finally give up. I knew I didn't wanted to become a mom because I was afraid I'd fail as one, but you'll never know if you never try... Right?-

—What? Are you telling me you're pregnant? -he's smiling and squealing like a little kid opening up Christmas presents-

—No, I'm not pregnant, I told you that like 5 minutes ago -I roll my eyes playfully- all I'm saying is, let's give it a try

—Are you... Are you serious or are you just playing with my feelings like a little kid? -Calum asks, astonished-

—Babe -I nervously giggle- I'm serious. What else do you want me to tell you? You've been into this baby thing for a while now and I love you like crazy so why don't we start our family? -I could feel my cheeks burn. Calum grabs my face and starts to pepper it everywhere-
