Rob's POV
I look down at our newborn daughter as she sleeps.
Katy's mum comes in and smiles lightly, seeing her.
"Everything will be okay." She says, rubbing my back.
"I need Katy." I whisper, looking down.
"She'll wake up. Let's take your daughter to her" she murmurs.
I nod and we go to Katy's room with the incubator.
The doctors managed to stop the bleeding and finally let us in.
"We can't wake her up." Her doctor says as I look at her sadly.
I come to the bed and stroke her cheek.
"We have a beautiful daughter Katy." I whisper.
I look up at Katy's mum as she picks up the baby.
"A mother feels her baby always." She says.
I watch her as she lays our sleeping baby on Katy's chest.
Our daughter cuddles to her chest.
I look at the monitor as her heartbeat gets stronger.
The baby opens her sleepy eyes and raises her head to look at her mummy.
I let out a tear, watching them.
Katy moves her hand lightly and rests it on the baby's back.
She opens her eyes slowly to be meet by the same gaze of our daughter.
"Hi baby girl." Katy whispers with watery eyes.
I wrap my arms around them both.
"Thank God you're okay." I say and kiss Katy's head.
"I was scared I would never see her." She whispers and strokes our baby's head.
"I knew you would. That's why I was waiting for you to name her." I say.
She smiles bigger and hugs me tightly.
"Ophelia Rose Ackroyd." She says, smiling.
"It's beautiful." I murmur.
Ophelia looks at us as she gives us her first smile.
I kiss her head as the door opens.
Olly runs to the bed, smiling.
He jumps as he sees his baby sister.
I help him getting on the bed and he hugs both Katy and Ophelia.
"Now that's a family." Katy murmurs, sighing happily.
I can't imagine how my life would look like without Katy.
And now our two wonderful kids.
