I hated the look on Skye's face as I left her at the clubhouse, she was scared, when all I want is to make her feel safe and happy.
"You ready for this man? I could do with a good fight." Knuckles smirks and I nod
"Don't worry about your girl, she's just not used to club life, Indigo says she's fitting in like an old lady who's always been here." Bullet assures me
"Scarlett loves her, said she's hot too, which kinda pissed me off. She'll get used to the biker lifestyle, the girls will help." Knuckles adds
"That's why Sarah left me, she couldn't handle the fear and the lockdowns, she was too innocent for club life man, but Skye's different, she already fits in." BFG adds. He went off the rails when Sarah left, he still isn't like his old self, I don't know what I would do if Skye left me.
"Bullet we're at the spot." Killer says from the front of the van as we pull to a stop. Bullet is getting dropped off to go to a point to watch over us with his trusty M4 rifle.
We carry on up the road and stop just before the clearing. We scatter so we have the trailer surrounded with Killer to my left and Knuckles on my right.
"Kearney boys get your asses out here we have you surrounded." Killer bellows and the trailer shakes from movement inside.
"The fuck you want?" Is shouted as the door opens slightly
"We just wanna talk." Killer says holding his hands up. The door opens and Dominic is the first to step out, his brother standing in the doorway behind him
"Who the fuck are you?" Dominic barks as Killer laughs
"I'm the president of the Broken Demons and you shot at my clubs business and several of our old ladies yesterday. Obviously you made a mistake and I am here to assure it doesn't happen again." He growls and I'm sure I saw fear in Damien's eyes
"We didn't shoot at no MC business." Dominic says
"I have you on camera and you left a bullet in one of our girls, that can't happen again or we will take action."
"The only bitch I shot was that fucking murdering whore, not my fault you got tangled up with that slut." Dominic laughs as I stomp towards him. I feel pain radiate up my arm as I slam my fist into his jaw and blood sprays from his mouth
"You watch your fucking mouth. Touch her again and I'll kill you." I spit in his face as I point my finger at him hovering above him, but Knuckles pulls me back before I can hit Dominic again.
"So you're the one she's fucking? Or are you all taking a turn on her? What's it's like fucking a cripple? She just lie there and take it? I bet she spun a sob story about loving my brother but she'd fuck anyone who'd give her a fix, fucking whore got my brother killed, she deserves to pay for what she did" Dominic laughs as blood trickles down his chin. All I see is red as I slip past Knuckles and tackle Dominic to the ground. I straddle him as I slam my fists into him over and over.
"Enough!" Killer calls and as I turn to Killer Dominic catches me off guard getting in a few lucky hits sending me off of him and into the dirt. We continue to land blows on each other and I'm pretty proud that my fists are connecting until a gunshot rings out above us
"Get your boy and fuck off before I start killing." Damien says holding a gun pointing at me.
"I don't think so. We have you surrounded and outnumbered. Take this as a warning before we come back and kill you both. I don't give a fuck about your past with the girl, she's one of us now and you leave my club alone or we will wipe you out." Killer growls as Knuckles pulls me to my feet.
The club begins to head back to the van and Killer seems satisfied that the message has been delivered when the brothers open fire
"I'm fucking hit!" Knuckles groans as he hits the floor, I run to him and drag him behind a tree for cover.
"Take the mother fuckers out!" Killer roars as we begin to return fire. Dominic and Damien run from the trailer and into the trees. We pursue but lose them in the dense forest
"Fuck!" Killer growls as we give up and make for the van. I help Knuckles in as Socket drives to retrieve Bullet
"I got one of them, but the other ducked behind the trees before I could get him." Bullet says as he climbs in.
"Doc, Knuckles is shot in the leg and Circuits face is messed up. Yeah, 20 minutes out." Killer says into his cell, everything has happened so fast I didn't have time to notice I'm hurt but there's a dull throb in my hand and I'm starting to feel pain on my face
"For a computer nerd you pack a good fucking punch." Killer laughs turning to me
"He hurt Skye, I would've done more damage if Knuckles didn't pull me off him." I shrug.
We pull up at the compound as Socket and Killer help Knuckles inside I follow behind
"Caleb!" Scarlett gasps and within seconds she's cleared the bar and is by his side
"Stupid fuck, you seem to attract bullets." She says as she follows them to the infirmary
"Still not been shot as many times as you." Knuckles replies
"Circuit, what happened?" Skye says as I stop in front of her
"Just a couple of punches, I'm ok." I assure her as I kneel down in front of her. She pulls me to her and kisses me passionately
"I was so scared." She says wrapping her arms around me
"Come on Circuit lets take a look at you." Cordelia shouts from the infirmary door
"Skye?" I question as her grip only tightens around me. I feel wet on my neck and I'm pretty sure it's not my blood
"I'm good." I tell Cordelia as I pick Skye up and head for my room. I close the door behind me and sit on my bed with Skye in my arms
"It's ok Skye, I'm ok." I reassure her as I stroke her back and try my best to soothe her.
"I can't lose you." She whimpers
"I'm right here." I say as I lift her chin to look me in the eyes
"I'm here Skye." I say firmly. My back hits the bed as she pushes me down below her, her lips crashing into mine. I adjust her body so she lies on top of me as her tongue finds it's way passed my lips and she moans. Her fingers tug at my hair as I wrap my arms around her waist and she kisses me desperately.
"I love you." She whispers as she hovers above me
"I love you Skye and I will always be here, I promise." I say as I wipe the tears from her cheek with my thumb. I chuckle and she looks at me confused
"You have my blood on your face, you look like a sexy psycho killer." I smirk and she blushes
"I'm sorry, you're hurt and here I am being a horny slut." She laughs
"I'm not complaining." I reply and she slaps my chest
"Let's go in the bathroom and I'll clean you up, looks like nurse Skye is on duty tonight." She says
"Does it come with a sexy nurses outfit?" I gasp repeating her words
"Clothes are illegal." She wiggles her eyebrows and I laugh as I pick her up and head for the bathroom.
