6| the suit

*beep* *beep* *beep* *beep* Was the first thing I heard. Then a sharp pain followed.

"She's waking up!" I heard someone yell and a hand grabbed my hand. I shocked up and immediately pulled my hand away.

"Hey hey hey it's okay, it's me" I looked at her and saw it was mom so I eased down

"Where am I? How did I get here?" I was so confused but then I remember. I looked at my shoulder and saw bandage. "It's okay" mom tried to calm me. I laid back down

A nurse came in to check on me "how are you feeling?" She asked polite "great, when can I go?"

"I'm sorry miss stark but you have to stay at least 2 days" she answered. I looked shocked at her "how do you know my name?" I said threatening.

"You're in the shield hospital you can trust them" mom said to me

"No I can't" I looked scared at her "why not sweety?"

"A shield agent did this to me" "how'd you know?" Happy asked me who was standing behind mom "I saw the logo on his uniform"

The nurse was still standing in my room listening "can you please give us a minute" mom asked the nurse. "sure" she nodded and left

"did he tell you something else?" "no, I passed out" I laid back down "hey we got something" Steve said while he walked in with sam

"so he was after his suit?" mom asked them "yes and apparently they didn't know about her" steve told us

"so he was new?, I mean every agent that works here know about her" mom asked 

"yeah probably but don't worry they picked his up a few miles away from here" Sam said to us and gave me a smile

"guys I want to talk to Sam, alone" I told them so they left. once they left I started "look sam I'm sorry-" ït's okay" he told me

"no it's not okay I shouldn't have pushed you to talk about it" "really morgan, it's okay" he gave me a hug "okay" I smiled at him

then they came back. "okay you're coming back we can't leave you here" mom told me so I got up and removed myself from all the machines

"just stay in bed and rest, if you want something you can ask Friday to call happy" mom said to me while Steve carried me to my bed because I couldn't walk.

"okay I will" he put me down on my bed and they walked out of the room. "Friday tell me when they're gone"

a few minutes past by and Friday told me they're gone "thanks, Friday we're going to the lab" "don't you have to rest?" Friday asked

"no I'm fine and I want to work on my project, I think I know how to get dad back" I said smiling while entering his lab. "lock the doors please"

"start a new project file for me please" a hologram popped up "so my idea is to go back in time, prevent my dad from snapping his fingers and go back to my time where he is alive then" I said to Friday

"if you do that Thanos will win because no one uses the stones"

"I know so I want to build something that will allow me to use them but not kill me. what is my chance that this plan will work?"

"just a second?" Friday said to me so I started thinking of something that will help me.

"there is a 79% chance this will work" "that's more than enough" I smiled

"FUCK i CAN'T THINK OF ANYTHING" I yelled and threw away a piece of metal "I think you need to rest" Friday suggested

"I don't need to rest I NEED TO THINK" I yelled at her and threw a  screwdriver against the wall *click* "what the f-"

out of nowhere the wall where I threw the screwdriver at started to disappear in the ground.

"holy shit" I said amazed when I saw all my dad's suits that appeared from behind the wall.

I walked to the wall where all the suits were standing. "Friday do these work?"

"some of them" I saw one suit that didn't look like an iron man suit at all "what's that?" I asked

"that's the first suit Mr stark ever made" "dang that looks ugly as hell" "what about that one?" "he used that one to defeat whiplash" "cool" "tell me about this one"

"that is mark 47, he was wearing that when he saved spiderman and other things" "can I try it on?" "I don't think it will fit you morgan" "yeah you're right"

I looked at the others when I saw a familiar one "that's mom's suit, I remember playing with it" I said and got sad again by remembering it.

when I was almost all the way to the end one caught my eye.

it was a small suit it was gold and red but the red was more pink-ish. "who's suit is that?" I looked at I curious

"Mr stark build that for you when you were little" "he did?" I started crying "this is too much" I wiped away my tears

"can you hide this again?" I asked and the wall started to appear again.

I sat down on the ground for a few minutes crying when I suddenly had an idea.

"Friday what if I make a serum just like they used for Steve but a temporary one, so I can handle the power from the stones" I said excited while standing up

"that could theoretically speaking work" "good, then let's do that" I smiled.
