Nobody's POV

Gray and Natsu were walking through the town of Crocus hand in hand considering there was no one that they knew near by.

"Where would you like to go?" Gray asked Natsu.

"Can we go to the coffee shop around the corner? I heard it's really good." Natsu.

"I didn't know you drank coffee" gray stated.

"I don't usually, just when I'm really tired" Natsu responded.

"With all of the energy you have I'm surprised you get tired flame breath." Gray remarked.

Natsu pouted, "Whatever Elsa let's just go"

*time skip*

The two boys were enjoying their coffee. Each secretly staring at each other. When the caught each they both blushed and looked away.

"Wow this coffee is really good" Gray said slurping up that last of the drink.

"No kidding this stuff is the bomb" Natsu said. He had already finished his before Gray. His appetite is the size of an elephant.

The waitress came  setting the bill down. "Here you go" She said, "just ring the bell when your done paying and I will be right back" she said pointing to the small silver bell in the center of the table then walking away.

Gray picked up the bill while reaching for his wallet.

"Hey!" Natsu said grabbing the bill out of his hand, "I'm paying"

"No way you flaming lizard give it back. It's my treat" gray argued.

Natsu stuck out his tongue before reaching for his own wallet. Letting his guard down, Gray took the bill back and slipped his money inside and quickly rang the bell.

Natsu looked up with his mouth hung open. "When did you-"

" if you don't close your mouth you might catch flies" Gray smirked.

The waitress was there as she said she was and took the bill. "You two have a great day!" She said walking off.

"Why you little-" Natsu said still annoyed that gray had payed.

"Gentleman?" Gray said smiling sheepishly.

Natsu rolled his eyes, "next time, I'm paying"

"We will see~" Gray laughed. Then stopped "wait next time?"

"I already told you I was interested in you idiot" Natsu.

"I know I just wanted to hear you say it again" gray smirked.

"Asshole"

"Pyro"

"Pervy popsicle"

"Flame brain"

"Boyfriend"

That caught gray off guard as heat rose to his cheeks. Natsu laughed.

"I'm just teasing you" he said. "That was priceless."

Gray puffed out his still red cheeks. "What ever"

" hey flower fancy seeing you here"

All color drained from Natsu's face
. As he immediately stopped laughing and cringed at that nickname.
