The design kinda works but I kinda question the random parts of blue as well as the fact the omnitrix is located on his back. Here are a two fan versions of slapback:

as you can see the people who made these images got rid of the random parts of blue on him. And one of them moved the omnitrix.
Second the name: Slapback name makes no sense at all if you think about it. See even though his powers have to do with his back being slapped for him to multiply it doesn't make much sense. I would have had him named Microsis. This is because some people have compared his multiplication to a microscopic organism and mitosis is the process microscopic organisms go trough to multiply.
Third powers: So his powers are as follows: Kinetic Self-Duplication Duplicate Assimilation Mass Amplification Weight Amplification Density Amplification Strength Amplification Enhanced Durability Amplification Size Alteration
Explanation of powers: Slapback is capable of duplicating himself to an unknown degree when his back is struck or sufficient pressure is applied on it. The clones are not linked in any way and can act independently from one another. Each time he duplicates, the resulting clones become smaller, heavier, denser and stronger by a proportionate amount. For example, upon duplicating for the first time, the clones are half his original size and twice as heavy, dense and strong. He is also able to allow the clones to fuse back together into the original Slapback form.
So now this kinda works except for the Kinetic Self-Duplication. If it was up to me I would make him have standard Self-Duplication like echo echo or ditto. Other than that his powers work
Other ideas: Some other ideas I have for Slapback/Microsis could be that maybe he could alter his size with out having to multiply or maybe have his clones work together to make a larger version. Or even just have size alteration as it self and he could shrink down and sneak around.
