Getting home from school (b/n) begged Zim to go to the park with you and him. He hesitated but still agreed to go nonetheless. So now my brother is excited to go to the park. Mom had a note on the counter saying she'd be home late, which meant I had to cook dinner tonight
(b/n) decided to jump onto my back as soon as I put the note down making me jurk forward from the impact
"What do you think your doing huh?" I smirk turning my head slightly to look at him
"I want to ride your back on the way to the park, plz!" He begged in my ear making me wince
"Fine fine. Just be careful not to fall"
"Okay!" Raising his hand in the air in triumph causing me to chuckle at his behavior
We head outside and over to Zim house. (b/n) knocks on the door for me since I'm holding his legs. The door opens to reveal Zim in his disguise
"We are heading to the park, you ready?" I just smiled as (b/n) smiled and waved as well
"I'm ready" he steps outside and closes his door as we leave our neighborhood and head to the park
"Why is (y/n) humans brother on your back?" He motions to my brother who isn't paying attention by looking around at all the cars
"He begged for me to carry him right in my ear and he's loud so that made it worse. So I gave in"
"Does (b/n) human like getting carried?"
"Yeah he does. A little to much because once he's older I can't carry him"
"Why?"
"Because he'll be to tall and heavy for me to carry him"
"Zim understands. I guess"
Just chuckling at his confusion for not being sure if he was confused or not. I shake my head showing its nothing
(at the park)
(b/n) found some kids to play around with so I just sat on the bench with Zim as he had no clue what to do at the park
"Zim if your bored you can go home. You didn't have to come"
"Zim wanted to come so it's fine. Helps me find more about you humans"
"Okay. If your really okay with it"
"Zim is okay with it"
Smiling at how he talked. it was kinda, cute. What am i saying? I bet he hates being called cute or adorable. Where did adorable come from? My mind was swarming with thoughts for why i was thinking these things. Thats till a boy came up to me catching my attention
"Hey, you here alone?"
"No"
"Who are you with?"
As soon as he said that my brother came back to ask something but saw the strange boy standing in front of me "sis, who's he?"
"Oh, your here with your brother" the boy says before I even had the chance to reply to the other kid. What I didn't know was that Zim was watching the boys actions making sure he didn't try anything
"How about I walk you home to drop your brother off then we can head some where to hang out?"
"Um, I don't think i can"
"Why not? Do you have a curfew or something?"
"Or something"
"Come on. I promise it will be fun"
Before I could answer him again Zim pulls me to him. Me facing over his shoulder shocked by his actions. I never expected Zim to do that, and honestly I have no clue what caused him to do this. He was holding my hair to my back in a protective way his other hand a few inches below his other hand
"Huh?" Was all the boy gave as he looked at Zim as he held me close to him like he was protecting me from everything that may hurt me, which I don't think anything was going to hurt me right now
"Mine!" Is the only thing Zim said to him as (b/n) stood next to Zim since him and me are the only people he knows here and my brother doesn't seem to like the strange boy
"Whoa I didn't know you were with someone else. especially not with your boyfriend. He looks strange though"
"Like your one to talk human!" Zim countered making (b/n) giggle at his comeback
"At least I'm not green" the strange boy spat back sounding annoyed now but him calling Zim strange made me mad. He acted like Dib. People judge others and I hate it. Tapping Zims right arm (my left) and he looked at me confused
"Lets just go home, he's not worth the time to argue" I whisper to Zim, not noticing him blush a tint of blue, because Im oblivious (sorry forgot to mention that)
Zim nods and grabs my hand while (b/n) grabs the end of my shirt as we walk home. The boy yelled at us that he wasn't done talking to them which we ignored
"Sorry i got you into that mess Zim. Maybe we never should have gone to the park. My bad"
"(y/n) human it's not your fault. It is that filthy human worm baby's fault for getting in the way of our fun"
"Okay" was my only reply as we kept walking the rest of the way to our house. Zim let my hand go so me and (b/n) can head inside as he headed to his house

Zim took his disguise off and headed down to the lowered floor. His lab, after telling Gir to not opened the door for anyone
Working on a device pak like backpack design since he found it easier to use instead of the small backpack she had with her. It was bigger than his pak so it would carry more stuff. He kept working till the image of the boy talking to her popped into his mind
"Why can't I get that scene out of my head! I can't stop thinking of him getting close to her and the way I reacted like that. What is wrong with me!" Zim groans as he rests his head in his claws while his elbows rest on his control panel groaning from confusion
