Chapter Twelve

We dropped our bags sa kama at nagsimula nang mag-unpack si Lisa.

"Dito mo nalang ilagay yung mga gamit mo wala naman masyadong laman dito."

I told her habang binubuksan ang ilaw sa walk-in closet ko. She noddedat nagpatuloy nanamab ang pananahimik niya. I can't help but stare at her habang nakasandal ako sa pinto ng walk-in closet. I smiled at her features. Kissable lips, pointed notes, mala barbie na mata at porselana niyang skin tone. Ano kaya feeling kapag bare and naked ang skin niya ano? Siguro sobrang lambot nito. Just the thought of it made me nervous around her. Hay nako, Jennie ano bang nasa isip mo at bakit ganyan pinagiiisip mo? You are really going insane. And this can't be happening. This is just a friendly date-slash-weekend vacation.

I heard her cough that made me forget the trance of my thoughts aboyt her. I smiled at her slyly at namumula ito dahil sa katititig ko. She is cute though i have to admit it to myself a millions times kasi iyon ang nakikita ko sa kanya everytime.

"Why are you staring?"

"Ang cute mo kasi." I winked and i saw her blush again, this time mas deep ang shade ng pagkapula.

"I'm very not."

"Ay nako, just accept the compliment kasi totoo naman at ako na ang nagsasabi tatanggi ka pa ba?"

She just shrugged.

"Oh wait, i forgot may mga bagahe pala ako sa likod ng kotse. Wait lang kukunin ko ha?" She nodded again and i left the bedroom door open. I heard na mahilig siya magbasa ng books and the sight of my open library will make her happy.

I went to the garage and gather all the things i need. There's a couple of fruit and vegetables na dinala ko kasi sabi ni Rose ay marunong daw magluto si Lisa and i am willing to taste her foods. Inayos ko na ang mga pagkain at ang iba ay inilagay ko sa ref. Every month kasi may naglilinis dito, para mapanatiling neat ang buong bahay kaya wala akong problema sa mga alikabog at kung ano pang maduduming bagay.

Pagakyat ko ay dumeretso agad ako sa kwarto.

"Hey, Lisa tara sa-" Tumigil  ako ng pagsasalita nang hindi ko nadatnan doon ang babae. I checked the bathroom and the closet pero wala padin ito. Paglabas ko ng kwato, i suddenly heard a loud splash na nanggaling sa pool. I quickly walked towards there. I saw her clothes sa terrace then i saw her na lumalangoy kaagad sa pool. Doing some strokes.

Wait? What? Seriously? Tumalon siya sa terrace papunta sa pool? Gosh, this girl is really insane. Pano kung napamali ang bagsak niya. Hay nako.

"Hey, Sungit! I'll be joining you later ha?" I saw her pout sa tinawag ko sa kanya and she nodded.

I watched her for a couple of minutes and smiled just by looking at her. I can see her bare skin dahil tinggal niya ang shirt at shorts na suot niya papunta dito. She is only wearing her under garments. Hay nako, itong babae talaga na ito laging mahilig sa disgrasya.

Even looking form afar i can see her smooth skin glistening with water. Hindi pa naman masyado madilim dahil hapon palang mga five pm.

"Jennie?" She shouted my name and i looked down at her. "Can you grab my cigarettes? Nandyan lang sa bag."

I nodded and mumbled at myself sure. I grabber her clothes na nasa lapag sa tabi ko and throw it the basket sa loob ng closet. I saw her bag under the bed and quickly got the box of cigarettes. Then i changed into my bikini para masamahan ang dalaga sa pagswim.

How come a girl so precious like her can smoke? What i mean is sinisira niya  ang katawan  niya okay? Hindi naman  ako against doon kasi kapag nagsigarilyo ka hindi ka naman masamang tao pero what makes her do that? I wonder why.
