"Mr and Mrs. Lee, from looking at the CT scans, your daughter has abnormal growth in the cerebrum of her brain. It's around 15mm in diameter. However, it's located at a very risky part of her brain. To take the tumour out, she might lose her coordination skills and may not be able to feel some of her body parts. From what I discussed with my fellow doctors, we do not know whether this tumour will continue to grow and become malignant," Dr Cass said solemnly. While Dr Cass was breaking the news to my parents and I, I was mouthing whatever she had said. My brother caught me doing. Everything Dr Cass had said was the same word for word in my previous life. Unknowingly, I started to mouth out the words like a game.

My mother was speechless. My father decided to take the rein, "Is it dangerous to Ambar? How will it affect her if we don't do any surgeries?"

"Right now, I don't think it's going to affect her daily life. We still have to do some tests and contact our American branch to determine how to remove the tumour. We are going to prescribe Ambar some drugs whenever she feel a migraine. If we proceed to do the surgery, the percentage that she may survive just after coming out of coma is 15%. A safer alternative is to let the tumour grow and see how we can remove it easier by not touching the brain stem."

By then, my mother had already started softly sobbing. And my father said, "So, we don't have to do anything right now?"

"Yes that is correct. However, we need Ambar to do check ups every month to monitor her condition and plan for future brain surgeries. If her condition becomes more critical, we have to immediately take out the tumour. Since her case is special, we need more time to examine her condition," Dr Cass patiently explains.

The room became silent. To break the tension, I said, "So, there's nothing wrong with me right? Besides I'm not dying any time soon. Can I start my rehabilitation tomorrow?" Everyone looked at me after I finished my question. My brother shook his head.

"Yes, you can start rehabilitation. I'll ask the nurse to arrange some appointments with the physiotherapist," Dr Cass told me. As we left, I could hear the soft murmurs of Dr Cass and the nurse talking. "Ms. Ambar Lee is surprisingly calm. I've never seen patients this calm. Normally, they would be crying and screaming begging you to save them."

My mum turned to me and hugged me while I was in a wheelchair. "You're going to be alright, sweetie. There isn't a problem." However the irony was that my mum was crying and looking at me like I was dying. "Mum, I'm not going to die. Don't worry." Yet. I'm dying mother. No worries.

"Dad, can I continue studying after I can walk again? I want to take some courses online for university while I'm in the hospital and continuing my studying once I'm out of the hospital,"I asked my dad.

"No, you need to focus on getting better. What are you talking about sweetie?" my mother reprimanded me. "Yes, isn't it too early?" my dad asked. "No, I think it's alright. I'll be able to graduate in two years if I do it now. Besides, I'm majoring in computer technology. It's going to be a pain to restart my whole course again. I've had already missed 6 months. I'm sure the university would let me," I persuaded my parents. I looked at my brother hoping he could help me by showing my puppy eyes.

"Seeing how Ambar is so dedicated on studying. Why not let her? Besides there's nothing to do in the hospital. She can kill time while she's hospitalised," my brother Kace said. Yes thank you brother. This humble person is in your debt.

"Alright, I'll arrange the documents and let the school know. Kace, help your sister by meeting with the university board to let her finish her current course through online studying," my dad said.

As we reached my hospital room, I turned to my brother and asked sweetly, "Kace, can you get me my laptop for me this afternoon. I have some important things to do." "Sure," Kace said while he ruffled my hair. "Also, can you ask Secretary Dan to find information about my car accident. I think someone was behind it."

"How did you find out?" My brother looked at me with confusion and continued saying, "I've looked into it. It really seems fishy. It seems like the Ping family was behind it. Of course, I had already take charges and took measures to bring them down. Anyone who hurt the Lee Family, will have Karma biting their ass ten times worse than what they had done."
"Hmm, what did you do?"
"Oh, I've already bankrupted them. I've cut ties with their company and any sponsors and shareholders have withdrawn from their company. Also, I made a publicity stunt while you were in coma," my brother casually said.
"That was fast. I was about to take revenge on them personally."
"You still could. I heard the Ping family's daughter, Lela Ping had gotten a sugar daddy to fund her," Kace told me.
"Will do. Thanks bro. Love you," I hugged Kace.
"I'll be back by evening. Rest up kiddo," Kace said while taking his leave as I gotten into the bed.

Let's talk about hierarchy. In X country, there's four influential family. The Lou family, the Peng family, the Zhang family and my family, the Lees. The Lou and Peng family are from the north part of the country, while the Zhang and Lee family are from the South part of the country. These four families have very long history behind them. If you wanted to talk about history, these four families were strongest in the country and had supported all Kings in X country. Also, we've produced some royals when my ancestors were married to the King or were the King's or Princes's concubine.

In layman's term, we are relatives of the royal family in X country. In the hierarchy, at the top of the food pyramid, first place goes to both the Lou and Zhang family. In the second place, it's the Lee family and Peng family. Even if the Lee and Peng family are lower in the hierarchy than the Zhang and Lou family, in this era we are considered the same level. Without us, they would not even be on top of the hierarchy. Four of these families are involved in the government, the royal family, overseas relationship and business enterprises. You could say we are the powerhouse of the nation. After these distinguished family, would be the Hong family that are mostly in charge of the military of X country. Many generals and excellent soldiers are produced from this family. This is part of the backbone of X country. Lower in the hierarchy are families with newly acquired wealth who are trying to climb up the ladder to have a place below the Hong family. Currently below the Hong Family is the Mei Family.

Of course, you would know that Titus is from the Zhang family and Felicia is from the Lou family. Therefore, Tan Xia Lin is a worthless piece of shit who tried to be in the Zhang family in my previous life. No doubt she would continue trying in this life too. Since there are so many backstabbers who are jealous of anyone at the top of the hierarchy, anyone in the top five families are easily targeted and killed. Anyone stupid enough would try to kill us. And well, I was in a stupid person's schemes. Hence, I'm going to deal with anyone who offended me in my past life and destroy all enemies so I can have a peaceful remaining life.

I used to be a righteous person in my first life and look what turned out. Since I'm studying computer technology, one would know how to hack into computer and social platforms. This would the plan for my revenge. I'm going to find all the tea and bring trouble to my enemies. Let them have a taste of what offending Ambar Lee is. I'm not going to trust anyone with my revenge, and avoid being backstabbed. Maybe I'll even bring justice to anyone who are being used by this scheming pigs like Tan Xia Lin.

Look out world, the old Ambar Lee is dead.
