Todoroki- Were you all able to sleep?

Midoriya- No, not really.

Rio- Yea me neither.

Midoriya- Thinking about it now, we did something amazing, huh?

Todoroki- Yeah.

Midoriya- Seeing an ending like that really makes you feel like its a miracle we're alive.

Rio- It just proves that we have a lot more training to go.

Midoriya- With my leg like this, he probably could've killed us if he'd wanted to.

Rio- Yeah and me with my arm... We were probably left alive on purpose.

Todoroki- Its amazing you were able to face him with all that murderous intent directed at you.

Iida- No, thats not it. I.....

Gran Torino- Oh, are you wounded kids awake?

Midoriya- Gran Torino!

Iida- Manual...

Rio- Well hey I guess.

Gran Torino- Kid, I've got a lot of complaints for you..Not to mention you Rio..

Midoriya- Oh! S-Sor-

Gran Torino- But before that, you've got a visitor. Hosu's chief police, Keji Tsuragamae.

He....He a....dog! We had to bow to a dog! We all stood up but Midoriya...well couldnt..

Keji- Oh, you can just stay seated, woof.

Woof?! This guys a joke!

Keji- You must be the UA students who brought down the hero killer, right?

Todoroki- Yes..

The chief police came all this way....Why?

Keji POV

Keji- Regarding the hero killer we arrested... He had fairly serious injuries, with burns and broken bones, and is receiving treatment under strict guard, woof. Since you are UA students, Im sure you already know that when superpowers were still becoming the norm, the police attached high importance to leadership and standards and made sure Quirks were not used as weapons. And then, the profession of "hero" emerged to fill that gap, woof. For an individual use of force and power that can easily kill others actions that normally would be appropriate to denounce, to be accepted officially is thanks to early heroes who followed the ethics and rules of the profession, woof. Even up against the hero killer, for uncertified individuals to cause injury with their Quirks without specific instructions from their guardians or supervisors is a clear violation of the rules. The four of you, and the pro heroes Endeavor, Manual,and Gran Torino must receive strict punishment.

Todoroki- Wait a minute. If Iida hadn't done anything Native would've been killed. If Midoriya hadn't come the two of them would've been killed. No had realized that the hero killer had appeared. Are you saying we should've followed the rules and watched people get killed? 

Keji- Are you saying that as long as it turns out all right, its okay to bend rules?

Rio- Ive had enough! Isnt it a hero's job to save people?!

Keji- That is why you are not a full-fledged hero yet. Goodness, what are you being taught by UA and Endeavor, woof? You know you have a name to live up to.... All Might is your brother and because of that people are expecting big things from you...

Rio- Dont bring my brother in to this...I said it once and ill say it again...Its a hero's job to meddle were they dont belong..

This girl...... She has the heart of a hero....She has what it takes to become one
