Thumbelina A Twisted Tale

Cornelius and Tumbelina meet

     Thumbelina continued dancing in her room. It was all dark outside.
Cornelius said," Whoa boy, let's land at this house."
He got off Buzzbee
He said," Perfect."
He heard a girl singing. He looked through the window.
He said," Whoa. Hello. What a beautiful voice? I wonder who she is. Isn't she beautiful Buzzbee?"
Buzzbee buzzed.
He said," Stay here boy. I'll check this out."
He went through the window then hid behind a wall.
Thumbelina stopped dancing and humming. She said," Oh you have to go now? Oh I see. You are a wonderful dancer. Will I ever see you again?"
Cornelius said," May I cut in?"
Thumbelina turned around, she screamed. She ran away and hid in her closet.
Cornelius said," Wait please. Oh I apologize I didn't mean to frighten you."
Thumbelina cracked open the door a little. She looked at him through it. Cornelius put away his sword.
Thumbelina whispered saying," Whoa a fairy guy."
Cornelius said," See no more sword."
He flew to Thumbelina's closet.
He said," Miss will you please come out."
Thumbelina opened her door little by little. Cornelius put out his hand. Thumbelina hesitated to grab his hand.
Cornelius said,"It's ok."
Thumbelina grabbed his hand. She hopped out of her closet. She stared at him.
Cornelius said," Miss what's your name?"
Thumbelina turned away.
Cornelius said," You don't have to be shy. I won't hurt you."
Thumbelina looked at him again.
She said," Sorry it's just you scared me."
Cornelius said," Sorry but I couldn't help but want to meet the girl with the most beautiful singing voice I ever heard."
She smiled.
She said," Thank you. My name is Tumbelina by the way."
He said," What a lovely name."
She said," Thank you."
He said," I'm Cornelius."
She said," Oh cool."
She sighed.
He said," You ok?"
She said," Not really. I don't know. There's a ball tomorrow night and I'm trying to decide if I should go or not."
He said," Ball?"
She said," Yeah for the fairy prince."
He turned away and whispered oh great she knows me.
She said," Cornelius, what do you know about this fairy prince?"
He looked at her in shock.
He said," Oh well he's..."
She said," Is he terribly handsome?"
He said," Oh he is."
She said," Strong? Brave?"
He said," Yes, none like him."
She said," I really do want to meet him."
He said," You should come then, don't worry I'll tell him."
She said," I think I will, thank you."
He said," Oh your welcome."
