Duffs pov:
Steven and I step outside. Slash would meet us in the woods.
"Do we... Do we tell him about us?" Steven says.
"If you want that, we could do that. But we don't have to." I say.
Steven just keeps looking in front of him and nods.
"We'll just see if we want to tell him." I say.
Steven nods.
We walk trough the forest. We see Slash leaning against a tree infront of the cemetry. He is litting a cigarette.
"Hey man." I say.
"Hey." Steven says.
Slash releases the smoke from his mouth.
We sit down. Slash throws his cigarette at the ground and steps on it. He sits down next to Steven.
"What happend?" he asks.
"We ran away. We just wanted to see the world you know. We went to Hollywood." Steven says.
Slash nods.
"And we... We went to the boulevard and Duff played to earn money." Steven says.
Slash looks at me. I nod.
"And we got... We got robbed." Steven says and looks at me.
I slightly bite my lip. Is he gonna tell him?
"They took our phones and we... And we... Uhh well that's it actually." He says.
"Can I get one?" he says while rubbing the back of his neck. He points at the pack of cigarettes.
"Sure." Slash gives him one and a lighter.
Steven puts the cigarette on his mouth. He lights it and lets the smoke out of his mouth.
"So that's all that happend?" Slash says.
"Yeah. It's not as exciting as we thought." I say.
Slash nods.
"And now? Are you two going back to school?" Slash asks.
"I guess. This schoolyear is over so we don't need to go back to high school." Steven says.
He takes a drag of his cigarette.
"We'll just see if we want to go to college or just get a job." I say.
Steven nods.
"I was just worried you two would get killed or what ever." Slash says.
Steven grins.
"So you care enough about us to want us to stay alive." Steven says laughing.
"Yeah yeah. We're friends." Slash says laughing.
I laugh too.
We just have some small talk before Slash needs to go.
"What do you want to do for the rest of the day?" I ask.
"Lets just stay home. I heard there will be a movie on netflix about Mötley Crüe." Steven says.
"Sounds nice." I say and smile.
We walk home.
I open the door.
"I just wanted to call you." my mom says as soon as we walk in.
"I'm gonna start dinner." My mom says.
"Okay. We're gonna watch a movie in my room." I say.
Steven and I walk upstairs.
I close my bedroom door.
