bella's breath quickened.

she wanted to know the bad news so badly (see what i did there), but she picked good news for the sake of, well, her.

she was scared of the obvious, thinking the bad news was that she was over weight (as per usual).

every doctors visit since she was little consisted of the same things; diets and her not being skinny. it drove her to basically hating who she had been born as. that and the bullies, may i add.

that's when the voices in her head and the awful panic attacks came.

'well' the older woman sighed 'you are fine. healthy and stable physically. mental health is not in my area, dear, but i think you are fine. just have got to keep up with losing some of the weight.' she smiled.

bella's cheeks became red as she looked up to luke as he gave a toothless grin down to her.

she nodded 'and the other news?' her voice came out hoarse.

'the other news is that- um im sorry but we took a mri scan and we found that your brain is producing a great amount of hormones.'

'and?' bella asked impatiently, not quite knowing where the woman was going with this.

'we all have concluded that due to the mass production of hormones, your body will still continue to produce fat. so basically you could not eat anything for weeks, which is impossible, and you would gain weight. im so sorry dear.' she rambled on.

bella felt herself freeze. she would never even be close to skinny. so maybe she would end up and old fish lady like she thought.

her high hopes crumbled to nothing in a second as tears welled up in her eyes.

'so ill be fat the rest of my life.' she mumbled.

'honey..' she doctor trailed off.

'i get it' she spat 'just go please' she looked up to see the woman turning on her heal and leaving through the door.

'you're not fat. you're beautiful.'
