Vampires are humans who have been infected with a disease that results in a horrific metamorphosis that warps both mind and body. They hunger for the blood of uninfected humans, committing monstrous and twisted acts to get it. The source of this disease is known as the human vampirism virus (HVV), also known as vbt-01. HVV infects every living cell in the body, sometimes even taking over the whole person. Transmission occurs through the bite of an infected person or animal. The virus originates from a flea that occupies bats, but the disease can be spread from person unto offspring. Many of these vampires take a special medication in order to diminish their temptations. A vbt-01-infected person might look perfectly normal during one second, but in the next have sprouted sharp claws from their fingernails and a pair of pearly razor-sharp fangs. Vampires typically only "turn" if the temptations get too strong, which can happen when they do not take medication or wear a facemask, get too close to a person for too long, or get super angered and go into defense mode. Everyday people go for many years without knowing that someone so close to them could have such a horrendous ġ̨̱͇̎͘l͢͞i̛̻̱͐͢͞͞ͅẗ̲͈̳͚͊̚͠ch̦̺̻̦̍̃͂͞

Before the story starts, I just want to throw in a small disclaimer: the members of BTS, including Min Yoongi and Park Jimin, are all real people. I mean absolutely no disrespect to them. The characters in this story are merely based off of them and their personalities/behaviors, if you will. I have just written my story for fun and I want to share it with other people.
