"All extremes of feeling are allied with madness"

-Virginia Woolf

*WARNING : A very angry Italian Don and a gory scene*

Francesca River de Luca

Sinful.

Bruising.

Destroying.

Alluring.

Healing.

Blissful.

All at once.

I looked at his blazing eyes, panting.

The burning in my lungs reached my chest in a poisoning fashion.

The blue irises tended to switch towards an unforgiving navy.

"You will not leave this room." The calm in his voice was as terrifying as the growl of a wolf.

A rogue rabid wolf.

He stood up and went out.

Bloody hell.

I sat there playing with my fingers, twisting them awkwardly and pondering.

I still have no idea what this is all about. I cannot just sit here and believe the theories my mind made.

No. I need to know. I deserve it.

The realisation that I was locked inside slapped me full force when I twisted the silver knob.

My movements bordering between panicked jerks and angry tugs.

"Alright then. I'll make use of what I have on hand."

The determination was hot and livid in my veins.

I took off my heels and tied my hair into a bun. With purpose in my mind I started searching everywhere for something. Anything.

Without a care in the world I opened all the drawers of the work table. But found only papers related to his business which I, of course threw here and there.

Feeling frustrated I threw the marble pen holder across the room, which broke into pieces of rubble.

I tried to open his iMac with the hope of finding something.

Of course it was password protected. I put in his birth date, his mother's and many more but all in vain. The frustration was turning into a livid fire, ready to burn.

But finally a light bulb went off in my head.

Leone is from Italy and he's as Italian as they can get.

Yes!!!

I put all the date in European format but nothing happened.

I waited until the time for next try finished with a furious grip on the table and deep breaths.

When it finished, I angrily typed in my birthday. My breath hitched when it actually opened.

My eyes almost popped out when I saw the wallpaper.

It was me. From my graduation, laughing as I flaunted my degree.

To be honest the silly pose in the photograph was embarrassing but the mortification came due to the fact that Leone saw this stupid picture every time he opened his computer, and had a good laugh.

Oh god.

" Okay, deep breaths, River. Deep breaths." I calmed my self and got the work.

But I didn't find anything other than the stuff I already knew.
