I like you.

Three simple words that give a big impact to both people; the person who confesses and the person who receives and has to decide.

There can be two answers; accept or reject.

There could be two or more emotions;  happiness or sadness.

Which do you think you'd rather be; the one who confess or the receiving end?

Confessing is hard. You need all your guts to do so. Once you tell them, you have to wait for their answer which is another nerve-wrecking problem. What if they say no? What if they accept but with an empty heart? What if they don't know which to choose?

Being on the receiving end may seem easy, but what do you have to say if you can't return the same feeling without hurting the other? Unless you're heartless, you wouldn't care.

But both of them have something in common. They make you wonder what hurts the most, saying something and wishing you had not or saying nothing and wishing you had.

If you're asking for my opinion, I wish I hadn't said those words.
