"Tomorrow"
If you ever heard that word
What is the first thing that came to your mind?
The day after today?
A stepping stone to the fortnight?
Or just another boring, old day?

If you ever thought about tomorrow
Do you wish it will be pleasant?
Probably, but some hopes to be even more better
Than today, yesterday, or even the day before yesterday—
Maybe even longer than they always say.

Some even plead to be the remedy;
That remedy that they always wanted
For which they flee from the past's felony—
I maybe proud for who I am today
But tomorrow might give me an ample bounty...

Some of us even dreaded tomorrow
Who knows; maybe something unpleasant, something negatively ineffable will follow
That would surely stun them, or even me
Which'll forever leave a mark for us; for you and thee
So please; pity us for we could flee.

Sleep! My dear! Surrender your fatigue!
For which I opened my eyes into the clear noon
Tomorrow I hope; to be alive than before
Never again to recall the past; for I will tell an ode
Affirmative! I will take a full glimpse of tomorrow!
