For my friends, you know who you are
Like a soft blanket I run my hands through
Love so great and true
The love I harbour for my friends
Untouchable
Unsinkable
Unasailable
Their little chuckles
The loud bold squeals
Whispers of secrets
The only souls I trust, the only ones I've told
From embarrassment to shame to grins again
Never once did I think
I would stumble upon such gems
Leading a life full of coals and rubble
You were the lights I craved
Won't you once more
Forever more
Love me
