"So Josh is in town ?", Tracey asked me. "Yeah, he's living in LA.", I say. I smiled as I go through Joshua's Instagram. He glowed up since High School. Josh was always good looking. He was like a movie star. "Are you gonna go see him ?", Tracey asked me. "Of course."
"You know Zion still don't like him.", she told me. "I don't care what Zion don't like. He don't control my love life.", I chuckle. "I mean, I love him and I appreciate everything he does for me but he has to let me learn my lessons on my own."
I get up from my bed and go to my closet for an outfit. "Edwin told me why he did it.", Tracey said. "He said Tiffany was blackmailing him. She has his nudes and threatened to leak them.", she told me. I shook my head. That's not a very good excuse to cheat. "Cheating is cheating.", I say.
"Yeah, Zion said the same thing.", Tracey said. "You saw how it hurt me Trace. Edwin cheated on me and I loved him.", I say. "It's time I moved on. Or tried at least."
"I agree with you. But if you believe Josh deserves a second chance then maybe Edwin deserves one too.", Tracey said to me. "You can look in Edwin's eyes and see the regret. He still loves you and we all know you still love him."
"I'll think about it Tracey. He lied to my face and then I had to see it for myself. It's hard for me too. And I never stopped loving him. But right now we need a break from each other.", I say as I text Josh and tell him where we are meeting at. I hope things get better.
