After dancing to a few more songs, I started to wonder how I really did feel.

It was all so confusing, honestly.

"Mind if I steal a dance, love?" A heard  a voice behind me ask.

It was a man with bright red hair and blue eyes. He stood out very much so.

"I suppose so..." I said hesitantly.

I had no idea who this guy was. Plus, I was having a great time with Tom.

"You don't mind do ya, mate?" He said to Tom.

"Not at all." Tom said flatly.

"Great."

Tom walked away in haze, sitting back down where we were before.

"Care to tell me you name, love?" He asked.

"Delilah. Delilah Myers." I said trying to be friendly.

"Hot name for a hot girl." He said smirking.

"Thanks." I said uncomfortably.

I really don't like this guy.

"My name is Eric, Eric Carson." He said.

"Cool." I stated.

He pulled me in closer, almost too close.

"It's a little tight... don't you think?" I said implying I didn't like this at all.

"Not likely." He said smiling.

"Just try to relax." He said.

"I guess..."

Tom's POV:

Just when I thought things were going great between Delilah and I, this red headed jerk shows up taking her away!!! It's not like I could do anything about it.

I couldn't say "No, I won't let you."

I really hope he leaves soon.

I mean I have the right to be angry, right?

She's not really 'mine' though I suppose...

It just bothers me.

Delilah's POV:

"You fancy going back to my place?" He said me raising his eyebrows.

"Thanks, but I was planning on going back to Tom's and the rest of the boy's house."

"Ah, forget about that guy. You should be with a guy like me." He said.

"I'll pass." I said annoyed highly.

I started to let go of his grip, and walk back to where I was originally, until he grabbed my wrist tightly. It hurt a bit actually.

Tom's POV:

As I watched the others dance and goof around, I tried to ignore Delilah and that, that jerk. My eyes peered over to the corner they were dancing, and saw him grabbing her wrist.

Oh no.

That's it.

This is absolutely it.

I cannot stand to watch this jerk grab her like that anymore.

I marched over to them, standing behind him.

"Tom." Delilah said. She looked so distraught.

"Oh, hey mate, I was just about to take your little friend back to my place. I'm sure you'd be okay with that, wouldn't you?"

I started to walk away, knowing I couldn't do anything.

"Tom!" Delilah said.

I sharply turned around.

"Leave her alone." I mumbled.

"What?" He said.

"You heard me."

He roared with laughter.

"LET HER GO. NOW!" I yelled loudly.

He just laughed again.

"How pathetic." He said in amusement.

I walked right up to him grabbed his shirt by the collar.

"No, what's pathetic is forcing yourself on a woman." I said imitating his voice.

I pushed him out of my way.

I walked over to Delilah, grabbing her hand.

He needed to know I was serious.

"I think it's time for you to leave now, mate." I said imitating his voice.

He got up, brushed himself off, and walked away in a cool and collected manor.

Delilah's POV:

What just happened?!

....
