"Mom! Stop it!" I shouted.

"Why can't I do my daughters makeup for her wedding?" Aphrodite pouted.

"Because I want Lacey to do it! You can do my hair," I tried.

"Yes!" Aphrodite squealed.

I rolled my eyes.

"Lacey! Will you do my makeup?"
I asked her.

"Yes! Yes! I can't believe you want me to do your makeup for your wedding!" Lacey exclaimed.

"Well, who else? You and Mitchell were the only ones nice to me when I got here," I reminded her.

"To be fair, everyone else was to afraid of Drew when you came." Lacey defended our siblings.

"I know, but you guys helped me anyway. And I really appreciate that." I told her. "Okay, now start doing my makeup! I don't want be late for my wedding!" I fake yelled at her.

She giggled and started doing my makeup.

Aphrodite took a couple of seconds to do my hair and then she was done.

My hair looked the same as when I was first claimed by Aphrodite, but more beautiful. That's the best way I can describe it.

When Lacey finished my makeup, I was completely flamed up. I could barely recognize myself. I usually wouldn't except that, but today was my wedding!

My bridesmaids started coming in and when I saw them all, it became more real for me. Annabeth saw my face, and she knew that I was close to tears. She ran over and hugged me. I really needed that. It feels good to have a best friend that knows when I need a hug.

I pulled away and smiled at her.

"Thanks," I told her. "I needed that."

"Not a problem Piper," she smiled at me. " That's what friends are for."

My Dad couldn't come to Camp so Aphrodite jumped at the chance to give me away.

"Think of it as making up for missing the first 16 years of your life," she had told me.

Now, all of my bridesmaids were lined up and ready. Annabeth, who was my maid of honor, was directly in front of me and I knew that if I made any noise at all, she would turn around with a concerned look on my face. The thought comforted me.

As much as I hated it, I linked arms with my mother and started walking to the love of my life.
