*The next day Annie woke up and took a shower. She changed into some black ripped jeans with a blue tank top and a denim jacket over it with white vans. She brushed her hair and did some make up. She checked her phone and saw that she had a text from Kenzie as normally*

Annie heard a honk outside and knew it was Kenzie. She went outside and got in the front seat with Kenzie. She checked her phone and went on Instagram as Kenzie continued Driving.

*after a while they arrived to the court place. They made Diego's mom sit in a desk they had in the front to the right. While carlos and the his mom were in the left also sitting in a desk. The ones that were in carlos side were sitting in the left behind him and his mom. Everyone else that was on diegos side was sitting behind his mom on the right. The court began*
"Okay. What case do we have today? Someone explain the situation"
CarlosMom: I'll explain. "Go ahead" CarlosMom: the thing is that women right there *points at Diegos mom* is accusing my son of killing hers.🥺 "Wow. This is serious. And why is that?" CarlosMom: i don't know. My son didn't do anything🥺 he's innocent *Zoe and everyone else silently laughed* "Um.. why do you think that her son killed yours?" DiegosMom: her son apparently hated mine. I don't know why tho. The ones that know the full truth are the people behind me. They were my sons friends. "Okay. what was your sons name?" DiegosMom: Diego. "Okay. Um.. can someone that used to be her sons friend explain everything" *Cody raised his hand* "You sir, come over and sit in the front with the mom of your friend" *cody got up and sat next to diegos mom*
"Please explain" Cody: what happened was that, we were all in a meet and greet, and me and the other guys were hanging out taking a small break. One of the girls came up to me and said that a fans brother had touched her and the other girls inappropriately. Which is him *points to Carlos* "Did you touch them inappropriately?" Carlos: pff no. 🙄 CarlosMom: they're accusing my son for no reason. My son didn't do anything. 🥺 "Okay. Well let's hear more about the story. What else? Cody: we got mad and we'll.. um.. we Did get in a fight with him. All of us boys against him. CarlosMom: see? They hurt my son and they say that my son did that to another guy😞 "Let him explain a bit more" Cody: But the security came by quick. We didn't really even do anything to him. All what we did was basically just push him to the wall, cuss at him, we did kinda punch him but. We didn't really like hurt him or anything. "Okay. Is that all you know?" Cody: yeah. Someone else knows the rest. "Okay. Go back to your seat" *cody got up and went back to sitting in the back* "Anyone else has their own side of the story?" Alex: raise your hand Annie *whispers* Annie: no.. I'm scared Alex: come on please. 🙁 Annie: ... fine *annie raises her hand* "Come up front please"
*annie say in the front desk* "Tell your side" Annie: that same day. The meet and greet ended. We all returned home around night time. I decided to watch a movie with my siblings. Half way through the movie I got a call. I saw that it was Diego. I answered and he was crying. I asked him what happened and he said that a group of boys that seemed to be around 20 years old had ganged up on him. I was shocked when I heard him say that. He told me was at a small park and I drove over where he said he was. When I arrived he was covered with blood and bruises, and even cuts. 🥺 "Cuts? Wow. But why do you guys think that it was him tho?" Annie: because. He did it for revenge. When Diego was at the hospital he told me and the others that one of the guys had told him that if he was so brave enough to mess with one of their friends then why couldn't he mess with all of them. After they said that they all began attacking him. He also described how one of the guys looked exactly like the guy they had gotten mad at the meet and greet. "Okay. Take your seat now" *annie got up and sat back where she used to be*
"Why are you nervous?" Carlos: what? I-I'm not. "You look nervous" Carlos: n- no not at all. 😐 "Look into my eyes. Tell me why you're nervous" *Carlos sighed and looked up at his mom* Carlos: I can't do this anymore... I'm sorry mom.😞 CarlosMom: sorry for what? 🙁 Carlos: I.. I did kill Diego😞 CarlosMom: WHAT?! ARE YOU CRAZY?!! HOW DARE YOU DO THAT!! I WAS POSITIVE THAT YOU HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH IT AND NOW YOU'RE TELLING ME THIS?!😡 Carlos: mom I'm sorry😭 CarlosMom: I didn't raise a killer!😭 why would you do that to someone that younger than you! what were you thinking?! I hope you realize that you just messed up your whole life because of this stupid mistake you just made😡😭 Carlos: listen I know I did😞 I messed up. I'm sorry🥺 CarlosMom: a sorry won't return that kids life!😡why did you do it son?🥺 Carlos: I was mad okay?
