Annie: well then at least try to get ur mind off of whatever it is. Try to be happy, Lauren😔 happy for your family. Happy for us, for our other friends, for Jayden because Jayden hates seeing u sad. And try to be happy for ur fans💔🤧
Lauren: i try everything to be happy, Annie, and I just can't be it😭 I can't be happy😔 and if I am happy it always has to get ruined 😓 sometimes..
Annie: sometimes what, Lauren?
Lauren: sometimes I think about killing myself💔
Jayden: no baby😩😭 don't do that. You'll hurt ur fans, and you'll hurt me😔😔 please don't

Kenzie: well at least ur gonna have to talk about it with a therapist 😔 it's the only way I find that make u get rid of ur situations😓

Therapist: *grabs Lauren's hands* it's okay, I'm gonna help you☺️❤️ but for that you need to tell me what's wrong with you.
Lauren: *sighs and nods*
Therapist: good, now tell me what's wrong
Lauren: at home... I... my parents argue a lot, and it hurts me😔 to like, the point where I think their arguments are caused because of me, and it makes me feel worthless💔
Therapist: okay.. what's else?
Lauren: .. I'm getting abused at home too💔💔
Therapist: you're getting abused? By who? Your father?
Lauren: no.. my older sister😓 and when she abuses me it makes me feel even more worthless🤧
Therapist: I see now, first step is to remember something. Parents argue Lauren, and I'm sure it's never because of you. Second, tell your parents what your sister is doing to you, what your sister is doing, is called getting advantage of you, your sister probably knows how you feel and is doing that to make you feel worst😩
Lauren: *nods*
Therapist: third, next time your sister tries to hurt you, you have to stand up for yourself. Tell her to stop, yell for help, tell your parents, if for some reason your sister doesn't seem to stop, you have to call the police.🥺
Lauren: *nods again* I'm just scared..
Therapist: why are you scared?
Lauren: my sister is quiet violent😔 I don't know how to stand up for myself.
Therapist: let me ask you something, Lauren. When your sister hits you, what type of stuff do you say in your head? What does your brain say when you feel your sister about to hit you.
Lauren: it feels like screaming for help, and tell her stop😓
Therapist: and that's exactly what you have to do. Except you yell it, you don't keep it in. Let me ask you something else, how old is your sister?
Lauren: she's 19😔
Therapist: age enough for her to go to jail if she doesn't stop abusing you. Just remember what I told you, and last but not least, you aren't worthless, Lauren. You're important and you do matter.❤️ okay?
Lauren: *smiles and nods*
