Akaza x Reader Oneshot

You ran across the village searching for akaza as you were notified he was destroying houses and killing villagers,

Jumping right to the point, you're human and akaza's a demon...he spared your life and let you go after you tried your hardest to get to his heart with kind words as you felt his despair .

'-Human akaza was never like this, he wouldn't even dream of hurting you, growing up together and all..-'

He immediately changed his mind and attempted to kill you but you ran off before he could catch you, this happened a couple of times, you having a big heart you didn't want to give up, you developed corrupted feelings for him over the 8+ times you've encountered and talked to him before having to run off.

At least that's what you call them, because he's a demon and all,

Your plan was to calm him down and lift weights off of his chest, you wanted to see a happy akaza again ..

You mentally prepared yourself, thinking about all of the negative things that could happen while doing this right now

You arrived, akaza lifted up a girl about your age he tore her left arm off, flinging her away from him

You called out for him, tears threatening to fall seeing him in such a state, you'd rather die here trying than to give up now, you could feel immense negative energy as akaza approached you, 

"What are you doing here,"

He sounded mad, pure hatred is the only way you could describe the aura and that broke your heart.

You risked it all jumping up and wrapping your arms around him,

"Akaza please-."
You couldn't properly finish your sentence as you felt the wind get knocked out of you,

Akaza flung you away from him, you hit a house, straw covering the small cottage which saved you there-

Tears spilled from your eyes as you gritted your teeth trying again.

You ran towards him and leaped onto his back hugging him tightly,

you told him it'd be okay to calm down. You buried your head into the crook of his neck feeling his body become stiff.

You felt his hands grip your kneecaps,

He turned his head to see your face, tears welling up and pouring down your f/c cheeks..

"Please akaza, calm down."

You begged.
Akaza furrowed his eyebrows and looked away slowly feeling pangs of guilt bubbling up inside of his chest,

He turned back once again seeing your e/c eyes open and memories flooded in
When he was human..

You and akaza would always hang out by the lakes next to this village, you would always be there for him whenever he had break-downs

He loved you a lot, before you were taken and never once seen again

He now felt guilty trying to kill you the couple of times you ran into each other, him feeling disgusted that only you recognized who he was, still having love for him even if he was thought of as a monster,

He let go of your knees, you got off of him and looked away expecting harsh words, maybe even death this time..

You were grabbed by the shoulder, you turned around to be embraced into a "harsh" hug, you weeped in his arms from that point on feeling a better aura, yet it was still sorrowful.

"Akaza-" you tried to speak,

"I'm sorry." He cut you off,

You only hugged him tighter than before

"y-y/n could you back up just a bit..-"

You immediately let go and looked away in embarrassment, tears drying up on your now flushed pink face„

You felt accomplished though you hoped dearly that he'd calm down, stop attacking and retain himself so that you could get back the akaza you loved.

You took time out of your life searching for him only to find him as something unlovable

To you it wasn't much of a difference. Just an akaza thats lost respect and humanity which hurt your heart, you became devoted to make him realize how much better he could be.. doing so developing feelings for him over the 8+ times you've encountered him as said before.

Pulled out of thought, akaza stared into your eyes and pulled you closer to him before giving you a kiss on the forehead

He looked away with a face that read shame, you cupped his face with your palms as he looked back at you, he studied your features as it's been so long since the two of you were taken apart.

"Akaza."..
"I love you."

His crazed eyes widened at hearing the words that came out of your mouth.

He pulled you into a hug once again returning your confession,..

"I love you too y/n..I'm sorry I can't explain things any better than what you see now.." "Are you sure you could really love me?" He questioned, tilting his head to the side,

You nodded vigorously wishing he wouldn't have asked such a question.

You kissed him passionately wanting him to feel love,

Tears yet again spilling from the emotional event that was happening now.
After he broke the short kiss,

You fell into a state of shock as he lifted you up and jumped away from the area he was destroying earlier before you came. And off into a quiet forest area,

It became silent as you held his hand leading him off to a place to sit.

Looking behind you seeing a curious akaza,

He smiled at you

You turned away still puzzled from the event moments ago but yet you still blushed as you came close to your destination.

Now this one right here, I didn't get that far in the manga yet so I don't know a whole lot about akaza. Sorry if it didn't make much sense, I'll improve on these right here in the future but I hope you enjoyed! Thank you.
