When Luck woke up, it was morning.

He found no reason to get out of bed, but got up anyways.

He was tired of faking everything. He was tired of it. It was too hard.

He trudged down the hall, his usual smile gone from his face.

He was tired of living

Of existing

Of being a burden to everyway...

Luck just wanted to die...

He passed Asta, who was dusting a bookshelf.

"Morning Luck!" Asta said and flashed Luck a smile.

Luck, however ignored Asta and slouched to the living room.

He didn't feel like eating, so he avoided the kitchen and sat in his usual spot.

He felt like crying, and then slicing his wrists open. He felt like taking a knife and sticking it though his stomach. He felt like grabbing all the pills they had and swallowing them all in one gulp.

He hated being alive so much, it was painful...

The usual conversations started up, but Luck only remained silent.

"-Uck! Luck!"

Luck shot up, his eyes wide.

"Wh-What? Sorry, I zoned off for a second." Luck apologized, looking at Magna.

Magnas eyes narrowed, "You had better not get sick, you dumbass. We have a mission!"

Luck shook his head, "No, I'm not getting sick. I feel fine. Both mentally and physically."

Manga nods in approval and pats Luck on the back.

Luck forces a small smile, but it immediately drops.

Besides that mission, there were no others, which didn't bother him. He didn't feel like doing anything anymore.

He didn't want to exist, so he decided to do something about it.

He grabbed his sharpest blade-

And began cutting in his room, not caring if someone were to walk in.

He cried hard as he cut every inch of his arms, deep, very deep, not caring how deep and how much.

He didn't snap out of it until he heard a voice.

"Luck, Captain Yami wants to-...."

Luck turned and saw Asta standing there, with his eyes wide and his mouth in the shape of an O.

"A-Asta..?"

"Why..?"

Luck looked down.

His eyes widened when he felt Asta yank the blade away.

"Hey! Give that-"

"No."

Asta broke it and threw it away.

"No!"

Asta ran out the door as fast as his legs could carry him.

Luck grabbed another blade-

-And slashed his wrists...

Too deep to be ignored...

His vision began blurring and Luck smiled as black began filling his vision.

"F-Finally.." He choked, "I'm dying..."

He blacked out, just as soon as he heard footsteps and distant screaming.
