The team and you had just beaten Ougiminami High, to be honest it was a little easy but they put a good fight at the end of the set, from what Shoyo told you he bumped into them in the bathroom but other than that that is all you heard from Shoyo
"So who is our next opponent" Asked Yamaguchi
You looked and saw a tall dude roughly about 6'7, apparently they were your next opponent.
"Woah that dude is so tall" said Shoyo
You just sighed and slapped the back of his head "heya was that for!?" He exclaimed
"I just wanted to see if you were out of your little fantasy" you said while smirking
"I wasn't fantasizing!" He exclaimed while rubbing the spot were you hitter him
You childishly stick out your tongue and walk over to kageyama who was drinking water
"When we gonna playyyyy" you whine to your boyfriend, he was used to this so it didn't bother him
"After I believe 3 minutes" he answered casually, you just pouted and sat next to him
Finally Daichi called the team over to go for the next match, you quickly jump up and grab kageyama to come with you, you join the team and got ready for playing.
While stretching you saw the tall guy that Shoyo was talking about 'damn he is really tall' you thought while staring at him
The game starts and it was four-eyes turn to serve, you cover your head and begin the game. The ball is received and setted to the tall guys to spike, you and hinata and Kageyama attempt to block him but by the height of your opponent it was clear that he could spike above you three to which he did and scored a point.
The next serve starts and you send it to Shoyo for the last hit, he tries to do a faint but was blocked by the opponent and caused the ball to go back to your side and scored a point yet again
You click you tongue in annoyance and glare at them, the game resumes and the ball was sent directly over the net, you see that Shoyo attempt to push the ball over but fails. The opponent serves but the ball goes out earning you guys a point
'Hopefully this will turn the tide' you thought
It was Kageyama's turn to serve and the team manages to receive it "Don't mind" you shouted at him so that he could be focused at the task at hand. The opponents receive it allowing them to land a clean cross shot
'Shit if this keeps on going we're gonna lose' you thought
Lucky Ukai calls a time-out, you and the team went over "ughhh it's so frustrating not being able to score" said Shoyo "Tch. Tell me about it! It really getting on my nerves" you said with an annoyed look on you face
"Don't get too upset-" said Nishinoya
"We noticed that the tall guy only does cross spikes" said Dachi
