As the game continues, you tried to spike but was blocked and Ennoshita failing to save the ball. Ennoshita tries to spike but the ball was sent out of bounce. You looked as Asahi telling him to stop worrying but you could clearly see that Ennoshita was annoyed that his spikes were being blocked.
You understood how he felt, it's a feeling like when you try to do something but it's being stopped preventing you to continue. Wakutani now at set point, the pressure increases as your opponents get more closer to winning the set.
During the game Hinata attempts to land a shot but was blocked with a one touch. Their captain was given the ball and hits the last hit and deflects the ball off of Ennoshita's hand and sending it out to you and Kageyama. You both run to try to save it but at the end the ball hits the ground indicating that Wakutani won the set
"Shit!" You said while sweating like crazy
You looked over at Kageyama and he also had the same expression on his face like you. Apparently according to other people, when you get angry Kageyama would be anger-not like he always is- and vise versa. According to your teammates and Shoyo, every time you walk together you scare a ton of people which made you curious but now it shows
You grab his hand and squeeze it, he looked at you and immediately you see his scowl soften at the sight of you. He saw that you too were annoyed and frustrated, you smiled at him and walked over to the team
"Hey Coach Ukai the captain of Wakutani..is his playing style just like the little giant?" You looked and saw Hinata before Ukai could speak you interrupted him
"Unfortunately yes...he is probably the closest to having the same style as the little giant in the whole prefecture" you said with a long sigh
You knew the little giant on a personal level. Of course because your dad Levi are close friends or lest say brothers but he was also the cousin of your late mother. He helped you a lot when learning volleyball but he had to travel for a reason you forgot, when you look at the captain of Wakutani you feel like it is the little giant is right in front of you. But in your heart, you always thought that Hinata was the representation of him.
You looked at Hinata and saw that he was glaring at the said Captain "Oi Don't try to compete against him-" kageyama said and you added
"His mid-air techniques are far more advanced than yours"
"I know that the other team is good but I just want someone to tell me what to do!" Said Hinata
As the third set begins you try to focus and concentrate on what's gonna happen. You go on the court and get in position, the whistle is blown and the game starts. The captain does a line shot and gains a point.
They do another serve and gets a net ball to which Kageyama manages to save and you send it out to Hinata. You see as he attempts a block-out but hits the ball too high and sends it out.
The opponents send another serve over and the last hit was given to Asahi. He hits it but unfortunately went straight for the opponents Libero, with the ball up again the ball was given to the captain.
You and Hinata went to block him but to no avail he once again deflects the ball off Hinata's hand. You saw as a Hinata quickly goes and chases after the ball, he dives in and hits it back while nearly colliding into The coach's. He quickly catches himself and runs back to the court.
As he is rushing in you hear coach yell "the trump card!" as the signal you run as fast as you can from your place and jump up, the ball comes for you with accuracy and you do your mid changing spike.

You hit the ball, it was heading straight for the Libero when in mid air changes it's course and zooms right past him earning a point. Due to the momentum of your running you crash into kageyama but luckily you land on top pf him to his concern; also terrifying Asahi in the process
"Sorry Tobio" you smiled on top of him
"Your tiny anyways so I didn't feel the impacted" he said while getting off
"How rude!" You puffed your chest out and pouted
He offers a hand to which you gladly take, you stand up and immediately was scolded by Ennoshita for being so reckless, you sheeply smile at him and continued to just listen to his rant while Kageyama was just down right confused because he just such a lost crow
In the next play, al lot of things happened but at the end the ball was sent flying out earning a point for the opponents.
The game continues and Tsukishima was to spike but was picked up. The captain jumps but was blocked by you and Tsukishima who you manage to do a one touch. Ennoshita rushes in but was too late. Before the game continues Ennoshita calls everyone over
"The next time the captain purposely hits the block I will be the one to pick it up" you all nod and continue the game.
You and Asahi are on guard to receive more powerful hits and any line shots. As the plan takes place you attempt to do a line-shot but the ball was received. The captain spikes and Hinata and Kageyama attempt to block him. The ball hits Hinata's hand and flies to the back for the court. As if on cue Ennoshita quickly goes after the ball, he dives in and manages to pick it up.
Nishinoya send you the last hit and when jumping a triple block appears, you smirk and hit the ball intentionally on the blockers hand sending the ball back. You run towards the net and Kageyama sets it to you while two others blockers are focused on Hinata. The ball went towards you and you hit the ball with ease
