sophiaxsmith Hung out chatting with some of the patients who are receiving support from @OneBloodlineUK. Here's a picture of my partner, fellow model, and friend @liampayne. These two spent over an hour talking and they adored each other the entire visit! Out of respect for this beautiful girl all photos of her and all others will not be shown xx
