This quirk allows the user to enhance any form of technology by a big margin. When they touch technology, if they activate their quirk the technology will electrify a little and become a black color with red cracked lines across. The technology will perform ten times better in every aspect of its function. A smart phone can become a lot smarter, a computer can become a super computer. A fighter jet will have enhanced ammunition and speed, so on.
Drawbacks: The more they use the quirk the more energy of their own it takes. The become more tired and physically weak.
If they train the quirk long enough they can use the technology longer and minimize their drawback.
(think of these two fight scenes from fate zero, specifically the second)
