The user is able to control another for ten minutes. In order to activate the quirk the user has to make lip to lip contact with their target (kiss). The more passionate the kiss the longer the control the user has over the target. Once kissed the target will have strong physical attraction and sexual attraction to the user. The weaker the will of the target the more they are mentally attracted to the user.
The target can be physically attracted to the user if their will is strong enough not to be mentally attracted to the user. When this happens their body will do whatever the user says while they are consciously un willing.
The user has to think about activating the quirk when they make the kiss
Drawbacks: If the target has a strong enough will they can fight back the physical attraction and stop the quirk from affecting them but it is hard to fight. If the user fails in keeping a passionate kiss to control the target the weaker and shorter the control they have. If they don't focus enough on the kiss it won't have an affect and the user could be slapped or punched by the target they were unable to seduce.
