Type: Emitter
The user has to touch objects and people to use their quirk. If they focus hard enough on the people or objects around them they don't have to touch. The user can push people and objects away from them with one hand and pull people and objects towards them with the other. Only if the suer trains their quirk and focuses hard enough they are able ot push and pull heavier and bigger objects, with both hands if they train really hard they can levitate people and objects.
Drawbacks: Even when they use touch to push or pull, they have to use a lot of brain power and strain their body. This quickly tires them out mentally and physically.
