An alternate universe where Accelerator and Mikoto met each other again before New Testament. After the experiments, memories of their time together resurface and Accelerator chooses to protect Mikoto. As their time together increases, whose to say...
Accelerator wakes up inside the back of an army truck with Mikoto sitting to the right of him taking a nap on his shoulder. To his right is Last Order still in her coma on the floor.
Accelerator looks down at a piece of paper with the phrase INDEX- PROHIBITORUM - LIBRORUM
The vehicle stops and three men stand outside stating: "Welcome to the Elizalina Alliance."
- Sometime Later -
Accelerator sits in a room separate of that of Last Order and Mikoto.
In his room are three guards, a bed, and a table.
Accelerator pulls out the parchment with the odd writing on it.

(It could be an instruction manual or something)? Accelerator ponders.
One of the guards watches and says: "Fascinating."
"Does this make sense to you?" Asks Accelerator.
"Ah, no. But it appears to be a list of magical provisions. To the best of my knowledge, those seem to be instructions on how to get a Roman Orthodox spell to work in the Russian Church style," the guard responds.
"What?!" Says Accelerator confused.
"I apologize, I'm not like madam Elizalina. I do not know much about magical things," The guard responds.
(Magic!?) Accelerator thinks, (Whats he talking about?)
Accelerator looks back at the parchment.
(Does this mean that there are things out there that I can't understand?) He ponders again, (If so, this could be the thing I need).
"Who is this Elizalina person?" Asks Accelerator.
"If I recall correctly, she is either a Sorceress or a Magician," responds the guard.
"I don't care what she is, do you think she can decipher this parchment?" Accelerator asks.
"She should be, however, she's currently at a hospital." The guard says.
"When will she be back?" Accelerator asks.
"1 - 3 hours," The guard responds.
"I see," Accelerator says.
Accelerator uses his ability and creates and strong and fast wind current to steal the guards gun and shoot the guard next to him in the knee. All of a sudden, two other guards rush in and Accelerator fires two more shots in the knees of those guards as well.
"They're spies. If I'm going to leave the kid in your care I need to create a safe environment for her. I'll take care of anymore spies so watch out for her," Accelerator explains.
