I knocked on the door of the room where Arthur was preparing for his show.
He opened the door and I stepped in and shut the door.
"Oh my gosh Arthur this is a dream come true" I smiled as I hugged him

"Yeah I know a...real dream come true" he smiled as he smoked his cigarette 🚬 - {Arthur POV} She doesn't know a thing. I feel like such a bad partner but if she knew my intentions and what was going on she would walk right out that door and away from my life forever.
She thinks I got chosen by Murray to perform a comedic show.... My angel doesn't know a thing...she's clueless. - "Arthur" I said as I snapped him out of his thoughts
"Yeah?"
"Your makeup is wayyyyy better than mine" I laughed
"Oh stop" he laughed as he wrapped his arms around my waist and pulled me closer, he leaned forward and pressed his lips onto mine.
The kiss drifted apart from the knocking on the door.
"Hey" Murray said
"Wow Murray...I feel like I' know you... I feel like I've known you forever" Arthur said as he admired the man infront of him
"Great to meet you" Murray said as he held his hand out for a shake.
"B-but buddy what's up with the mask?" Murray asked
"Yeah why is he dressed like that?" the other guy with the glasses asked

I could see Arthur growing impatient "It's a part of my act" he replied happily
"Murray despite of what's going on in Gotham...do you really think this a good idea?" He asked Murray
"Well...it's just for a laugh besides it can draw the negative aspect away, won't you?" He asked Arthur
