Tears continued to flow freely as the guests exchanged heartfelt sentiments.

"That was absolutely beautiful!"

"Aizawa-Sensei, your speech was incredibly touching!"

"Everything was just perfect!"

"And Little Shinsou was absolutely adorable!"

Shinsou blushed as the girls complimented him, their words warming his heart. However, his attention was quickly diverted when he heard a low growl, and he turned to see his boyfriend, Kaminari, glaring at the girls with evident jealousy.

"Aww, Denki, are you jealous?" Shinsou teased, his voice laced with affection as he addressed his perturbed boyfriend.

Kaminari remained silent, but he leaned into Shinsou, seeking solace in his embrace, his frustration evident in his huff. Shinsou couldn't help but chuckle at Kaminari's reaction, wrapping his arms around him in a comforting hug.

The screen flickered, and the bustling atmosphere of the school festival filled the scene.

Mirio arrived, accompanied by Eri, who looked around with wide eyes filled with awe and wonder.

The girls couldn't help but coo at Eri's adorable reaction.

Spotting Mailin engaged in conversation with Aizawa as they walked around the venue, ensuring everything was in order, Eri couldn't contain her excitement. "Mommy!" she exclaimed, darting towards Mailin, with Mirio trailing behind, perplexed by the sudden burst of energy.

In a flashback to a few days earlier, Mailin had been a regular visitor to the hospital where Eri was receiving care. The doctors had recognized the potential of her healing quirk in aiding Eri's recovery. As Mailin and Eri spent time together, a bond had formed between them, with Eri growing fond of Mailin for her kindness and warmth.

"Mailin?" Eri's voice interrupted Mailin's gentle manipulation of glowing water over her arm.

Looking up, Mailin met Eri's tearful gaze. "Yes?"

Overwhelmed with emotion, Eri began, her voice quavering with gratitude. "You've been so incredibly nice to me, so kind... I just... I wanted to say thank you." Tears streamed down her cheeks as she turned to Mailin, her eyes shimmering with earnestness. "You once told me about a mother's love and how I deserve to feel that... Can you... can you be my mommy?"

Mailin's heart swelled with emotion, her own tears welling up. "Of course, sweetheart," she replied, her voice tender and filled with love. "I'd do anything for you, anything to see you happy, to see you smile again."

Eri's tears flowed more freely, but she managed a fragile smile, mimicking the heroic expression Eraserhead often wore when he visited her, sometimes braiding her hair.

Mailin couldn't help but giggle at the sight. "You look beautiful when you smile," she whispered, her voice full of affection.

And with that, the flashback faded away, leaving behind the warmth of the bond that had formed between Mailin and Eri.

Amidst the emotional outpouring, Mailin scooped the little girl up into her arms with a gentle smile. "Hey, Eri."

Mirio's expression shifted from confusion to understanding as he processed the scene before him. "You're her mother?" he inquired, seeking clarification from the nurse who had become a familiar face at his school.

Grinning proudly, Mailin nodded. "I've officially adopted her. The papers came through yesterday."

Mailin and Eri shared a joyful high-five, sealing the significance of their new bond.

Observing the tender moment, Aizawa couldn't help but smile fondly at the sight of his wife and their newly adopted daughter.

"Want to go check on Shinsou?" Mailin whispered softly into Eri's ear, a playful gleam in her eye.

Eri's face lit up with excitement as she nodded eagerly, eager to explore further. "Yes, let's go!" she exclaimed.

"Lemillion, we're going to go look around, okay?" Eri informed Mirio, who responded with a nod and a warm smile.

With laughter and anticipation, Mailin and Eri hurried off together, their bond growing stronger with each step.

Mailin purchased a candy apple, one of Eri's favorites, and handed it to her as they strolled over to where her new brother and his department of general education students had set up for the festival.

"Shinsou!" Mailin's voice rang out with pride as they approached.

Shinsou looked up, spotting his mother and sister approaching. With a smile, he made his way over to them, curious about their visit to his class's festival booth.

Eri wasted no time engulfing him in a warm hug. "Hey, Eri," Shinsou greeted her affectionately, returning her grin with one of his own.

Grinning at the heartwarming sight, Mailin chuckled softly. "We're just taking a look around and wanted to see how you're doing."

The scene fades out as the family enjoys their time together at the school festival.

"Aw man!"

"That's it?"

"No, that's just it from that scene during that time." I explained and everyone let out a sigh of relief.

"Oh my god! Kaminari!" Sero wheezed between fits of laughter.

"He's just stupid." Bakugou growled.

"Aw blasty! You do care!" Kaminari awed.

The screen flickered once more.

We see the Aizawa household and Eri and Shinsou in the kitchen in front of their mother.

"Please?" Eri asked with babydoll eyes.

Everyone awed and Eri blushed at everyone awing at her.

Mailin sighed "no, I'm sorry sweetie."

"But mom! We just want ice cream for dinner." Eri said.

"Mom?"

"What Shin-" Mailin's eyes glazed over and Shinsou grinned mischievously.

"*Le gasp* Shinsou! My son you wound me!" Mailin said dramatically while holding a hand over her chest.

"We want ice cream for dinner." Shinsou said and Mailin nodded numbly and Eri cheered.

Everyone laughed at the children eating ice cream for dinner.
