Chapter 33 - Relief

Alessandro's POV

"What? Are you serious?" She asked, surprised.

"Yes, bella mia. We can be relieved. It finished." I replied happily.

"Oh my..." She threw me into my arms, smiling ear-to-ear.

I chuckled, amused and hugged her tightly in my arms. She wrapped her legs around me and placed several kisses on my lips, cheeks and nose.

"Calm down, bella mia. You will wake up Matteo." I said in amusement and kissed her lips passionately.

"Goodbye, Gaia!" She exclaimed with a devilish smirk on her face.

I chuckled and shook my head, amused. "My jealous wife. I love you." I stated, hugging her tightly.

"I love you too. I love you. I love you." She happily admitted and kissed my lips again and again.

"How about continuing our celebration in the bed?" I asked, giving her a salacious look.

"I am in." She replied provocatively and pressed herself against my bulge as she gripped my hair. Without waiting for a second, I smashed my lips against her lips and carried her to her bedroom, kissing her fiercely.

I was buttoning my shirt while walking into the living room. I smiled happily as I saw Isabella and Matteo. I bit my lower lip, staring at Isabella who was in her sexy mini nightie.

"Say mommy." She said softly while Matteo was sitting on her lap.

"Dada...da." Matteo babbled, trying to grip her hair. I grinned, amused.

"No, say mommy. Mommy." She repeated.

"Dada...da." Matteo babbled and put his hand in his mouth.

I chuckled, amused and approached them. She pouted, giving me a dirty look.

"My little one, come to your daddy." I cooed him, emphasizing the word daddy and took him in my arms as I gave Isabella an arrogant smirk. She rolled her eyes. I grinned and kissed Matteo's cheek while holding him in my arms, breathing in his milky scent.

I was playing with Matteo while she was setting the table. I kissed Matteo's cheek, stroking his hair and placed him on the play mat beside his toys. Then I went towards Isabella and wrapped my arms around her waist from behind. I placed a soft kiss on her neck. She smiled, leaning against me and stroked my cheek affectionately.

"I talked to my father yesterday. They will come back next week." She informed me as she placed her hand on top of mine on her stomach.

"Perfect. Finally, we can tell both families." I commented and kissed her cheek. She nodded, smiling.

"And he told me he wanted me to start working at our company. I accepted, but I will work half-time. I want to spend more time with Matteo." She declared.

I frowned and pulled back. "I don't want you to work." I stated, placing my hand into my pocket.

"Why? I will work a few hours till Matteo gets bigger. Then I will change my work hours." She explained.

"No. You don't need to work. I will take care of you and my son. You just take care of Matteo." I stated firmly.

"No, I will work." She protested.

"Well, then I will get you pregnant every year. So you will take maternity leave." I informed, giving her a wicked smirk.

"What? You are crazy." She commented, amused and shook her head.

"Yes. I am crazy for you." I confessed as I wrapped my arms around her waist, pulling her closer to me and kissed her lips passionately.

I pressed her against the table while kissing her in a demanding kiss. I squeezed her butt, making her groan. I took advantage of it and plunged my tongue into her mouth, devouring her eagerly.

"I love you, woman." I said hoarsely, cupping her cheek as I pulled back slightly and reclaimed her swollen lips.

I parked my car near the shore and got out of the car. I was going to meet up with Gaia. I wanted to end this as soon as possible.

I talked to my father this morning and informed him about the documents. He was on cloud nine as he heard about it. Then he told me that our security guard found the bastard we had been searching. It meant that Albertini was in deep shit.

After a few minutes, I saw Gaia's car approaching me. She parked the car next to mine and got out of the car. She smiled at me seductively as she approached me.

"I hoped to see you beside me when I woke up this morning." She commented as she wanted to kiss my lips. I turned my face slightly and her lips fell on my cheek. She sighed, annoyed as she kissed my cheek.

"We need to talk. It is important." I informed.

"What about, my love?" She purred, batting her eyelashes at me as she wrapped her arms around my neck.

I sighed as I grabbed her wrists and pulled her back.

"I want to break up." I confessed firmly.

"What?! How can you say it?!" She snapped as her face flushed with rage.

"Calm down, Gaia." I warned in annoyance.

"You can not break up with me!" She exclaimed, giving me an intimidating look.

"Don't be ridiculous, Gaia! Do you think you can keep me beside you like this?!" I stated mockingly.

She gritted her teeth in frustration and took a step towards me.

"Okay, let it be as you wish. I was already bored with your coldness." She gave me a sarcastic smirk and took off her ring. "But do you think my father will let you be happy with your slut?!" She smirked sarcastically and threw the ring away.

I looked at her, puzzled. What was she implying? Did Lorenzo.... No, no. It is impossible. Probably, she thought I broke up with her because of the other woman.

"Good luck! You will need it." She smirked and walked towards her car.

I rubbed my chin, confused as I watched her leave.

I was working in my office when my phone rang. I grabbed it and looked at the screen. I sighed and picked up the phone.

"I will send you the location. Be there in twenty minutes." Lorenzo demanded and hung up without letting me say anything.
