We were under attack on the beach as Steven and Ame are screaming and thrown across the sand, while Garnet, Pearl and I land steadily on our feet.
" You okay, Steven?" Pearl asked Steven
Steven was lying on his stomach on a boogie board " I've seen better days."
I peck Stevens forehead and help him up to a standing position and check him over for any injurys
"Pearl, I got a boo-boo." Ame whined
" Oh, walk it off!" Pearl said
I quickly go over to Ame and check her over for anything bad and when making sure she only gained a bruise I peck her bruise gently and place a kiss on her cheek
" You all better?" I ask and she blushed nodding
" Here it comes! " Garnet said, a pufferfish monster rises about ground and blows strong wind at us. " You all distract it! " Garnet leaps off
" Let's show this thing what we're made of, guys!" Pearl encourages
" What do you think we've been doing for the past hour?" Ame says and i groan nodding
Pearl hurls her spear at the pufferfish monster, but the pufferfish blows it back to us.
" Duck! " I yell and we ducks under the deflected spear
Ame looks around " Man, I don't see any duc— " She notices the spear and I pull her down at the last second, as the spear chops some of her hair " Quack!" She says
" Steven's turn! " Steven says and throws the boogie board and it gets stuck to the one of the pufferfish monster's spikes " Yup, it's got spikes."
"It's okay." Ame says as she rests her arm on Steven's shoulder
" Here comes Garnet!" I say excitedly
Garnet begins diving sky-high towards the pufferfish monster.
Steven yells " Smash that puff!"
The pufferfish monster notices Garnet and starts blowing at her. Garnet tries to force her way through, but the wind is too strong. She is then blown away and sent flying and screaming towards Beach City, smashing into the Fish Stew Pizza restaurant.
" Aw, man, we blew it!" Steven says
" Ugh, whatever!" Ame says
Ame charges up at the pufferfish monster. Just the monster begins to blow at her, Amethyst shape shifts into a baseball bat and whacks the monster, sending it flying far into the ocean. She then shape shifts back to normal shortly.
" Amethyst! Smacking it really far away doesn't solve anything! We needed to destroy it. Now it's just gonna come back later."
" Yeah, and so we'll deal with it later." I say with a shrug as pearl groans
" Let's get Garnet. She landed by the boardwalk." We starts walking to the boardwalk.
Garnet is lying calmly and still on the wrecked sign of Fish Stew Pizza while Kiki and Kofi Pizza look up at her.
Kofi was yelling " Would you answer me!? You've wrecked my sign, and now you're just sitting up there!! Are we engaged in a secret staring contest!?"
Steven arrives with Pearl, Ame and I"Garnet! Are you okay?"
Garnet jumps off the building " I'm fine."
Kiki looked at me and then Steven "Hi, Steven. hey, Gurl"
