chapter 14

the day of the Vytal festival has arrived and we see team ALPA and team RWBY walking around the town.

Weiss: "The Vytal festival! oh this is absolutely wonderful!"

Anthony: "ugh you sound like professor Oobleck"

Weiss: "hhm! i take that as a compliment."

Ruby: "i dont think ive ever seen you smile this much weiss. Its kinda weirding me out."

Anthony: "i second that statement."

Laurie: "Anthony, Ruby dont be rude."

the twins stick their tongue out at laurie.

Weiss: "ahem! how could you 'not' smile? a festival dedicated to the cultures of the world! there will be dances, parades, a tournament! oh the amount of planning and organization that goes into this event is simply breath taking."

yang sighs at weiss speech.

Yang: " You really know how to take a good thing and make it sound boring."

Weiss: " quite you."

Pierce: "I for one am intrigued behind the work thats put into it."

Anthony: "of course you are."

Weiss: "atleast someone feels the same way."

Yang: "remind me again why we're spending our friday afternoon visiting the stupid docks?"

Anthony/Ruby: "ugh, they smell like fish."

everybody raised their eyebrow.

Anthony: "dont you dare."

Weiss: "ive heard that students visiting from vacuo will be arriving by ship today, and as a representative of beacon i feel as though it is my solemn duty to welcome them to this fine kingdom."

Blake: "she wants to spy on them so she'll have the upper hand in the tournament."

Amanda: "really?"

Weiss: "Ah! you cant prove that!"

Anthony stares at blake for moment.

Anthony: "you know you'd look way better without the bow."

Blake then squints at anthony in a menacing way.

Anthony: (i might have said to much, better back off.)

Ruby: "whoa"

the whole group then turn around to see a crime scene at a dust shop.

Ruby: "what happened here?"

Detective 1: "Robbery, second dust shop to be hit this week. This place is turning into a jungle."

Yang: "ugh thats terrible."

Detective 2: "they left all the money again."

Ruby: "huh?"

Detective 1: "yeah, just doesnt make a lick o' sense. who needs that much dust?"

Detective 2: " i dunno, ya know what i mean?"

Detective 1: "you thinking the uh, white fang?"

Detective 2: "ya im thinking we dont get paid enough."

Weiss: "hmph. the white fang. what an awful bunch of degenerates."

Anthony: "whoa calm down."

Blake: "yeah, whats your problem?"

Weiss: "my problem? i simply dont care for the criminally insane."

Blake: "the white fang is hardly a bunch of psychopaths. theyre a collection of misguided faunus."
