The four of you, five including your dog, went through books. Well the four of you went through books while Buttons chewed on the ball he found earlier. Trevor was looking around the area that everyone was reading in, coming to a stop then pulling a heavy sheet off of a mirror. Trevor pressed his hand to the mirror then moved it across the shattered and reflective glass, taking dust with it. His brow furrowed as he stared at the mirror, unsure what it was let alone why it was down here.

"What the hell is this?" He asked, hoping to get an answer.
"You don't know?" Sypha asked.
"I don't know." Trevor confirmed.

"It's called a reflection, Trevor... Or in your case it's an asshole." You said, causing Sypha and Alucard to chuckle slightly. Once Sypha stifled her laugher, she tried her best to send you a glare. Sypha tried her best to keep the peace in the group, but her expression right now was failing her while she couldn't help but smile. Trevor meanwhile would manage a glare but quickly pushed it away, going back to the mirror.

"This is your house." Sypha pointed out.
"Do you know everything in your house?" Trevor asked.
"I don't have a house."

"She doesn't have a house. She's a Speaker. She's a nomad." Alucard said, closing the book he was reading in the process.
"It was rhetorical." Trevor said.
"Rhetorical house that she doesn't have." Alucard said once he leaped down from the bookshelf to look at the mirror closer.

"Just tell me what it is." Trevor commanded.

"It was a magic mirror. Also known as distance mirrors. Some of them even allow matter to pass through them, but Hmm." Alucard started, leaning forward to examine the mirror. "No. No. This is a simple remote viewing mirror. A little of the activating language is chipped. A few of the runes need re-cutting, but workable. You have the most fascinating family junkyard, Belmont."

"You are a cock wart, Alucard." Trevor snapped, pointing a finger at Alucard. You couldn't help but laugh slightly at the sudden nature of his insult. Alucard only smirked slightly, happy to get under the hunters skin. Sypha was quick to pull Trevor away and scold him, leaving you and Alucard alone.

"You never answered me earlier." You said, making small conversation.
"Hmm?" He hummed, turning his golden gaze to you.
"About your name, remember?" You asked.

"Of course I remember, unlike Belmont I actually pay attention when people speak to me." Alucard said, rolling his eyes slightly as he remembered the mannerisms of said vampire hunter. Alucard would adjust his coat slightly before he raised a brow at you. "You really care this much?" He asked.

"Yes, I said I wanted to get to know you." You said, catching him by surprise a bit.
"I didn't know you were so... Determined." He admitted.
"Yes well I guess that's something I need to tone down I suppose." You said.

He immediately shook his head in disagreement, his next words making you smile slightly. "No, it's definitely one of your best qualities... You've kept all of us motivated in this suicide mission." He said. "In truth, I admire your optimism slightly."

"Thank you... Now tell me about your name." You said, redirecting the conversation.

Alucard would shut his eyes then let his lips stretch into a soft smile, a small chuckle following after. You couldn't look away, his smile making you smile as well. He had looked good with a smile, looked more human with a smile. Alucard was always stern and emotionless it seemed, so seeing this side of him was a nice change. "Fine." He finally said, giving in to your request. Part of him thought that you would keep asking if he didn't tell you now. Alucard took in a deep breath then started to speak. "My mother begged that my father not take revenge on the human world, so I tried to stop him in her request. I suppose I've turned against him entirely now, so using his name backwards seemed only fitting and really showed how committed I was." Alucard said.
