(A/N): The first actually somewhat straight oneshot in this book. Just, like - the manager dynamic was tempting and here we are. The way I think the four of them got together was that (A) they got together, or (B) Banri and Okarin were in a relationship, Anesagi and Tsumugi were in a relationship, and then they started living together, and then they sorta just meshed together and you get the point. Let’s also that Okarin and Tsumugi are about the same height.
Rinto sighed and stumbled into their apartment. Today’s work - though it wasn’t particularly hard -- had tired him out. There had been a fussy photographer in the morning and an impatient, pushy director in the afternoon. And a million other things he forgot right now. And most certainly didn’t want to remember.
“Eh? Rinto?”
Rinto nearly collapsed into the pair of arms that wound around his waist. He let go of his bag and leaned into the arms. “Ogami-san, I’m exhausted.”
Banri nuzzled his forehead with a sympathetic smile. “I know, I know. Why don’t you go rest on the couch with Tsumugi?”
Rinto let out a relieved sigh. “Thank you, Ogami-san. Is Anesagi-san home yet?”
Banri shook his head. “I think she’s still in a meeting.” With a last kiss on the forehead, Banri left Rinto alone.
He somehow found the strength to take off his shoes and jacket and stumble to the couch. Tsumugi was already there, sleeping under a blanket. It seemed that she also hadn’t had the energy to take off his work clothes before shutting off. Rinto didn’t mind, though, and followed her into the land of dreams.

When Kaoru got home, no one greeted her at the door. She clicked her tongue, taking her shoes off and dropping her bag before she made her way to the living room.
The sight that awaited her made her fire-ice princess heart stutter and stop, then start up again doubly fast. Kaoru snapped a few pictures of it on her phone, then practically slid into the kitchen.
“Why,” She hissed, “Are our two ukes cuddling on the couch?!”
Banri looked up from arranging dinner to her phone, shoved in his face. “Oh, that’s right,” He remarked, “I should go wake them up for dinner.”
Kaoru blocked him. “You didn’t answer my question,” She hissed again, “Why. Are our ukes. Cuddling. On the couch.”
Banri sighed. “Well, when Tsumugi got home she was so tired she collapsed, so I put her on the couch with a blanket. When Rinto got home, he was so tired he almost collapsed, so I told him to go rest with her. Why?” He smirked. “Because it shook your heart?”
Kaoru wanted so badly to wipe that smirk off of Banri’s face. So she did.
“Well,” She said after a moment, “What’s for dinner?”

Tsumugi groaned, trying in vain to shrug off the hands shaking her shoulders. A little more sleep couldn’t hurt, right?
“Tsumugi, Rinto. Dinner’s ready, we’ll have time to rest later.”
“Get up, idiots, or else I’ll drag you to the table myself!”
Tsumugi gave up trying to resist and pried her eyes open. Through the blurriness she could see a lump of black hair, valiantly hiding in the blanket. “Okazaki-san,” She whispered, still trying to get up, “We have to get up.”
Rinto merely groaned and rolled into the oblivion that was off the couch.
Tsumugi sat up straight, almost knocking heads with Banri and Kaoru, alarmed. Almost in a panic she got off the couch and sat Rinto upright, inspecting him. Other than the fact that his glasses were askew and his clothes were rumpled, he was fine. Tsumugi sighed in relief and kissed his on the cheek. “Wake up, Okazaki-san.”
