Chapter 1 Part 1: The Rise of Voltron

My red, puffy eyes slowly opened as the tears made my eyes crusty. I slowly tried to get up, only to be reminded of a shot of excruciating pain in my arm and leg. I realized that my bones were still broken, and I needed more time for my body to heal itself. But I knew I had to use my powers since it would take too long, and I had tasks to do. I closed my eyes.

~10 SECONDS LATER~

I opened my eyes and felt a hundred times better! I knew I had improved as it didn't drain me as usual since I'd gotten used to healing myself. I've improved at using my powers and learned a few new skills with my abilities that my mother and father don't know about.

"Princess, it's time for us to go." I heard one of my guards say through my door.

"Alright. Let me get dressed!" I quickly went to my wardrobe to get dressed quickly.

~TIME SKIP~

I'm on the ship checking the communication system to see what was wrong with it. I then realized what the issue was.

Huh... interesting... someone was trying to get into the communication system... Good thing I built this strong ass firewall and a preventive system to shut down this ship's communication if they try to get in.

I worked very slowly on updating the communication system and turning it back on so that I didn't have to go back home so soon. I was dreading it, not wanting to be tortured again. Just as I was done, something in the corner of my eye caught something that took me out of my thought; I walked over to the window to see another planet. This planet was green and blue; it was also a bit yellow and white as well.

This planet looks familiar.... huh... Maybe I was fixing something that was passing this planet...

I shook my head as I returned to the communication system to clean up my tools. As I did, the ship started to rumble. I quickly grabbed the closest thing that was not moving to ensure I wasn't hurt. Then I heard the door open, and as I turned my head to the exits, my bodyguards rushed towards me. While they were coming for me, the ship continued to shake vigorously.

"We must go now, princess. The ship is being under attack, and Zarkon wants you to be out of harms way."

"Oh... Okay..." Two guards held onto, my arms, so I could safely make it to the ship that we came from. As I was being taken away, I turned my head to stare out the window to see what was attacking the ship. I did get a glimpse of the thing attacking the ship.

Did I see correctly? A blue cat attacking this ship? What the... What the heck, am I going crazy?Hey... Is it coming towards me?

Ayala?

As I heard the voice, I started to feel a vast sharp pain in my head, to the point that I scrunched my face as tears began to form. My knees buckled, making me fall down, trying to get this pain to stop as the guards holding me weren't expecting me to fall.
