Lance was finally healed, and we were all in the dining area. We were all surrounding Lance as we watched him eat.
"Do you remember what happened before the explosion, Lance?" Shiro asked while Lance was getting a spoon filled with green goo.
"I remember reminiscing about home and talking to Coran. Then we heard the door open, and we turned to see that it was the girl." Lance said as he tried to remember exactly what had happened.
"Yes! I remember that! I was confused about how she got out when the healing pod didn't inform any of us that she was fully healed." Coran said as he was playing with his mustache.
"But she wasn't fully healed. I remember seeing her still bleeding, so I was going to walk toward her to help her, but she flinched from me, taking a step closer. I told her that I wouldn't hurt her and that I was only going to help. She wasn't paying attention to me since the door opened again, and I noticed it was Rover. I said hi to him, but he never responded, and I thought it was weird that he wasn't following Pidge. Then the next thing that happened was I heard Zarkon's daughter screaming something, but I was too busy trying to protect Coran from the explosion." Lance said as he seemed to be remembering clearly what happened.
"Well, you'd be Sendak's prisoner if not for Pidge." Allura said.
"Well, you wouldn't have survived the explosion if it wasn't for the barrier the girl made. Also, if Hunk and Coran hadn't gotten a new crystal." Pidge said as she pushed her glasses a tad bit up.
"Huh? Barrier? Zarkon's daughter?"
"Yeah... Who knew that she had powers? Anyways she used her powers on you to keep you safe..." Hunk said as he was trying to remember the scenario.
"It might've just been her plan to get to the Lions. She probably cloned Rover's systematics and made the drone explode the crystal while she saved Lance and Coran." Allura said as she spat in disgust and gave a dirty look just thinking about her.
"But that wouldn't make sense since she was in the healing pod until they saw her in the communication room. She could've just genuinely just wanted to protect Lance." Hunk whispered as he stepped away from Allura and hid behind the dining chair in front of him. Since Allura gave Hunk a nasty glare for bringing up that idea, I stayed quiet as I knew little about the girl and couldn't trust her 100%. However, deep down, my gut told me I could trust her since she protected Lance, or it looked like she did. There was tension around the room as Hunk said that Allura was emanating steam.
"Wow. Thanks, everybody. It sounds like the mice did more than you, though." Lance said as he was trying to get rid of the tension in the room, and I looked at him with my eyes wide open.
Are you serious?!
"I punched Sendak!" I looked at him with disbelief.
"Yeah, apparently after I emerged from a coma and shot his arm off."
