Chapter 12 : Lethal

Near

Queen

Heaven

(Find the opposite words)

Yes it's fvcking hell.

Today is the most flippen worst fvckin actual day in bloody damn history! I am so mad right now! I swear if anyone crosses my path I'm going to strangle them! I'm literally only seeing red. The day wa going fine until he showed up.

Xavier Rays

The most rotten flippen manhole in the school.  I left for school earlier this morning after greeting my parents. It's been a week since they found out my double identity, my parents were really upset at first, mum said it's dangerous but dad said I'm doing it for a good cause, the whole school has been rooting my name, girls are trying to talk to me, and the football team congratulate me repeatedly for scoring against the tough opposition Lakedale Lions.

Everyone expects me to do well against Thornfalls and I'm kind of nervous with all the responsibility, but I can't let the school down. Even if afterwards they never let me play again. Or if Thomas reveals my big secret.

So today I decided to dress as a boy and see the reaction. I doing a bit of an . . . Experiment to see if my hypothesis is reliable.

"Hey Becky," I greet my best friend, as she puts away her novel the fault in our stars and studies my appearance.

Red sleeveless hoodie, black jacket, dark jeans and high tops topped with a black beanie.

"Nice wardrobe choice, people finally get to meet the Swift," she comments as we step into the bus.

All eyes on me

I feel a sense of dèjà vu from the first day at school.

"Yeah, I want to know how it feels to be a badboy and own the school,"  I reply trying to avoid everyone's stares.

"Says the nerdy girl," she comebacks with a playful nudge.

I shrug, just because I have good grades and I don't get into trouble, wears glasses and doesn't like socialising  doesn't make me a nerd, it makes me responsible. I still don't like school or what it teaches ( except maths and chemistry I love that), I break rules just don't get caught and so everyone with bad eyesight is intelligent then? (You know because of glasses)

Stereotypes.

As we walk into school I notice stares and suspicious looks, and not because I'm acting as a boy. More like people are laughing at me. Weird.

"What's going on?" Bec whispers, confused as I am.

I shrug,  "Don't have a clue"

"Hey guys what's happening?"   Hearing a voice saying, I  turn seeing the twins and Audrey.

"That's what we want to know," I say throwing the books in my locker and slamming it.

"Maybe the Swift finally showed up at school," Ty says slinging an arm over my shoulder as we head to class. I see something pass in Audrey's eyes but it vanishes.

"No shit, but this is really weird," Becky says anxiously looking around.

"Maybe the Swift finally got himself a girlfriend," Ty comments slinging his other arm over Becky's shoulders.
