"why did those kids have to fall asleep so fucking late?" minho questioned jisung as they put on their shoes, "they start school so soon, why are they awake so late?"

"maybe because we're here." jisung shrugged, getting up after putting on his shoes and opening the front door, "hurry up, the stores are probably gonna close soon."

"i don't even know what to buy him." the elder whined, getting up and grabbing his keys.

"shit, i don't know either." jisung paused, "i'm just gonna text the group chat and ask."

"you do that, but let's get in the car first." minho told the younger who nodded, as they walked outside to minho's car after locking the front door behind them.

the two boys arrived to the store, wondering around the store until they found the electronics section.

"baby, what games did they suggest again?" minho asked the younger, looking at him.

"minecraft, super smash bros, and mario kart." he responded, earning a nod from minho as he searched for the games.

the boy then picked up the games that their friends suggested them to get, holding them in his arms, "we need someone to unlock the door for the nintendo."

"why is it even locked?" jisung asked, furrowing his eyebrows.

"it's an electronic and they don't want people stealing it." minho explained to the boy.

"makes sense." the younger nodded, looking around and finding a worker.

the boy then called the worker over, asking if they could unlock the glass door for them. once the boys got the nintendo switch, the worker offered to ring them up.

"thank you for being open so late." minho thanked the worker after handing them his cash.

"let me guess, it's a birthday present?" the worker asked, taking the money.

"yeah, we had to sneak out." the boy nodded.

"when's the birthday?" they questioned, opening the register to get the change.

"literally tomorrow." jisung laughed, shaking his head, "we're really bad procrastinators."

"well, i hope they have a really good birthday and that you guys have a good night." the worker smiled, handing minho back the change with the receipt and the bag.

"thank you, you too." the boys said in sync before walking away.

"birthday mission completed." jisung told the elder, "we did good."

"we did." minho smiled, kissing jisung's cheek, "i hope jian likes his presents."

"if he doesn't, shit, i'll take it." jisung confessed, "it has fucking minecraft for the nintendo!"

the elder laughed, "maybe i'll buy you one for your birthday."

"you really are using them family business perks to the most." jisung shook his head, "but, you don't need to buy me anything, baby. your love is enough."

minho smiled softly, kissing jisung's cheek once more, "i love you." he said as he wrapped an arm around his waist and pulled him closer as they walked.

the younger cooed at the boy, resting his head against the boy's shoulder, "and i love you."
