9:30 pm

while jeongin was texting hyunjin and seungmin in slight panic, trying to convince them to tell him what the answer was now, he had heard his doorbell ring.

"not now." he mumbled out, getting out of bed and holding tightly onto his phone, as he continued to text the group chat and beg for an answer while walking downstairs to the front door.

the boy didn't even care to look out the peep hole, as he unlocked the door, still looking at his phone and waiting for an answer, "what can i do to help you?" he asked, his eyes still on his screen.

hyunjin put his hand underneath the younger's chin, making him look up at him and seungmin. the younger's facial expression became surprised, which then turned into confusion, "what are you guys doing here?" he asked, putting his phone in his pocket, "i thought you were dropping seungmin off?"

"that was a bullshit lie." hyunjin laughed as he let go of jeongin's chin, "the entire convo was, besides our answer part."

"really?" jeongin questioned, looking at the boy of them.

seungmin nodded, "so, can we come in, loser?"

"not until you tell me the answer, no." the younger said, crossing his arms over his chest, "i want my answer and i want it now."

hyunjin sighed out, looking at seungmin who made eye contact with him. the elder nodded his head, as they both looked back at him, "jeongin, i'm sorry to tell you this, but we felt like it would've been better to do this in person, but." hyunjin sighed again, pausing.

seungmin bit down on his lip, "we came to the conclusion that" the boy also paused, only for him and hyunjin to say at the same time, "we decided that we want you to be our boyfriend again."

jeongin stared at the two, closing the door on them, only for hyunjin to stop it with his foot as he bursted into laughter. the elder opened the door, going inside jeongin's house with seungmin.

"go away." jeongin pouted, "you guys are so mean for that."

seungmin let out a laughter, wrapping his arms around the younger and kissing his cheek, "we kinda wanted to get back at you in a small way, so we decided that tricking you into thinking we weren't gonna date you again was the best way."

"but that was so mean." the younger whined, his voice cracking, "my heart genuinely stopped."

hyunjin locked the door behind him, walking over to the two hugging and joining them. hyunjin kissed the youngest's forehead, "we're sorry, but you have to admit, you did deserve it for the shit you pulled on us."

"i know i did, but that was really really mean." jeongin responded, holding tightly onto both of the boys, "i felt like crying."

"don't cry." seungmin kissed the younger's cheek again, "we were just teasing you." he said as he then pulled away, "besides, it was so obvious we were gonna let you back into the relationship."

"maybe it was to others, but not to me." jeongin confessed, "i didn't think you guys would let me back into it after acting like a total dick."

"eh, it did hurt, but our love for you kind of overpowered the pain it brought us." hyunjin explained, "and besides, you've made such an effort to make up for it." the elder then pulled away, messing with jeongin's hair, "we love you, loser, and we aren't a buy one, get one, lose one. we're a buy one, get two free."

the younger started laughing, as he pulled seungmin and hyunjin back into a hug, "i love you both so much, and thank you so much for this second chance."

"you're welcome, loser." seungmin smiled softly, kissing jeongin's forehead, "we love you as well."

hyunjin nodded in agreement, "even if you're a little brat sometimes."

jeongin continued to laugh, which then faded as he hugged the two tighter, "you both make me the happiest, and i love you both more than anything. so, thank you."

hyunjin rested his head on top of the boy's shoulder as he cherished the moment, "and we love you."
