it was the first day back to school for the teenagers, and the start of their senior year. all the teenagers were at their lockers, putting in their books they got for the school year.

"for senior year, they gave us a shit ton of books." soojin spoke up, closing her locker.

"not like we're ever gonna use them." felix told the girl, shrugging as he then turned to changbin, "i'm so happy i get to start my day with you."

"you basically get to spend your entire day with me, babe." changbin laughed as he corrected the boy.

"and that makes me extra happy." the boy smiled, kissing changbin's cheek.

"hmf." soojin pouted, "i want shuhua." she said, leaning against her locker as she crossed her arms.

"where is she?" seungmin asked, closing his locker up and locking it.

"i don't know." soojin continued to pout, "we have first period together, so i wanna walk with her."

"she could possibly be late or looking for her classes?" hyunjin concluded, wrapping his arms around seungmin.

"or maybe she was getting coffee for two?" shuhua added onto the boy, walking up to soojin and handing her a coffee, "good morning, beautiful."

the girl gasped out, taking the coffee from shuhua and hugging onto her, "thank you."

shuhua nodded her head, pulling away from soojin and looking at the group, "where's your cousin and his boyfriend?"

"they flew in last night and didn't want to go to school today because they're lazy as fuck." soojin responded, taking a sip of her coffee, "lazy asses."

felix hummed a response, looking around, "ay, where's innie?"

"with wooyoung and san." seungmin rolled his eyes, leaning against hyunjin's chest, "whatever."

hyunjin kissed the back of the younger's head, "it's okay, baby."

"i know, i'm just slightly annoyed but it doesn't matter." the younger responded, turning around in hyunjin's arms and resting his head on his shoulder.

the group then talked for a few more minutes, up until the bell rang. soojin, shuhua, felix and changbin then told hyunjin and seungmin their goodbye's, as they left to their class that was upstairs. hyunjin and seungmin then walked to their class, hand and hand.

as the boys walked to class, they bumped into a group of three boys who were laughing.

"oh shit, sorry." wooyoung said, "my bad, we weren't looking."

jeongin glanced at wooyoung, shaking his head as he looked back at seungmin and hyunjin, giving them a slight glare. "cmon guys, we gotta get the best seats." the boy said, grabbing wooyoung's and san's hands as they walked into the classroom.

"cmon guys, we gotta get the best seats." seungmin mimicked under his breath, "whatever."

"it's alright, just don't focus on it, okay?" hyunjin told the younger, who nodded his head before walking in class.

the two boys sat in the back, while the other three boys sat in the back as well, however on the polar opposite side of the classroom. hyunjin and seungmin were then accompanied by hongjoong and yeosang, who sat next to the boys.

"hey guys, what's with the free seats?" hongjoong questioned the two, sitting in the empty seat next to seungmin while yeosang sat in the empty one next to hyunjin.

"jeongin doesn't wanna sit with us because he wants to be with wooyoung and san." seungmin responded, earning a soft 'oh.' from the boy who asked.

"but i would want to sit with my boyfriend?" hongjoong questioned, "did something happen?"

hyunjin shook his head, "not to our knowledge, he just started pushing us away for wooyoung and san."

yeosang furrowed his eyebrows, "that's weird." the boy then turned to hyunjin, "it's okay, i'll talk to wooyoung and san about it, hopefully they'll know something."

seungmin shook his head, "don't waste your time, it doesn't matter."

yeosang hummed a response as hongjoong nodded his head. the boys then quickly changed the topic, as they realized both hyunjin and seungmin were bothered by the fact that jeongin wasn't with them. the two made sure to make hyunjin and seungmin laugh, as they wanted what was best for them.

however, after class, yeosang had stopped in the hallway, pulling out his phone to send a message to woojin- not caring that he'd be late to his next class if he had a quick conversation.

yeosang:
jeongin isn't hanging out with seungmin
and hyunjin
like, at all.
he's completely replaced them for wooyoung
and san

wait i thought it was just because it was summer and he wanted to hang out with his friends

yeosang:
no
because if it was
he would've sat with them
it's only first period and this shit is already happening

woojin:
did something happen?

yeosang:
no
hyunjin and seungmin are clueless
i told them i'd look into it but seungmin told me not to waste my time
but i'd rather waste my time if it means i can find out what happened and why jeongin is acting this way

woojin:
it's your guys first day back and you already have a task to complete

yeosang:
i know right lol
i hope it's nothing serious:(

woojin:
probably just petty bullshit

okay i have to go to second period now
but i'll keep you updated

my oomf on twt is so great
i love them so much and they taught me how to drop fancams so i've been using that HAHA
plus our interests are similar, besides the fact that they don't like skz but i really don't give a shit bc everyone has their own opinions😋
otherwise we've been annoying with our 'stan gay and stan ace' but that's our new motto
