shiny's hope

She woke up earlier than normal she started fishing by herself after that she went to the beach and remembered that her sibling has a problem "buddy" she said while holding a picture of her once normal brother "i cant just leave you like this nobody can i need to help you" and with that she flew to buddy's den where he has been staying since he was 14 she saw a bunch of fresh footprints "he must be here" she thought as she landed on the ground she may not have the best sense of smell in the world but she knows her brother's smell all too well to be mistaken she walks in the den to see a bunch of lights hanging from above "i guess he dosen't like the dark either" she said as she can hear stomping noises in the distance
MEANWHILE......
the rest of the pteranodon family wakes up "RAK!!!! good morning team!" mr p said as he and mrs p got up "morning guys" don said "it sure is good to finally wake up i had a good sleep last night" tiny said they all got up but they looked at the leaf shiny uses as a blanket and they thought shiny was hiding under it since it was very cold last night "shiny dear its morning" mrs p said and there was no response she tries again and the same result no response "maybe we should try to take it off maybe she's just really asleep" tiny suggested "alright then" don said as he pulled the blanket away to reveal that shiny was nowhere to be seen "SHINY SHINY WHERE ARE YOU?!" mr p shouted but still there was no response "we have to find her mom dad you look down the beach me and don will look in her shell collection" tiny said "if she's not there i mean she wouldn't go to the cave she never goes there unless somebody is with her" mr p said "well if she isn't there its possible she's at buddy's den and if she's there we can only hope for the best
MEAMWHILE.....
"where are you you've gotta be here i know it" shiny thought as the roars got closer and louder but then as she got closer it wasen't the roaring she was hearing this whole time it was crying she rushed over to the crying and saw that it was in fact buddy who was crying "what have i done?! I've ruined my life almost killed my sister and now im here why do i even deserve to live?!" buddy asked himself "maybe i should just stay lost" he said as he closed his eyes "dont say that i know its not you saying that" shiny said from behind as buddy got up to see who was talking "you do deserve to live its not your fault you acted like an animal i believe there's still good in you buddy i know there is" she said softly as she walked closer to buddy "sh-shiny? Is that really you i haven't seen you in years" he said wiping a tear off his face "you shouldn't be here get out now before i hurt you again" he said pointing to the exit "no not this time i will stand by you till we get you fixed i will never give up on my family especially my little brother" she said with compassion "shiny i dont know what to say" he said " a thank you would be enough" she said as she hugged her brother and buddy started hugging her too and the anger started going away
MEANWHILE
"she's not in the beach or the cave" mr p said " she isn't even in my tiny place and thats where she usually goes to when we cant see her" tiny said "then there's only one place she could have gone to on this island" mr p said " you dont think she would actually" don said "im afraid she did and we need to hurry before she gets herself hurt" he said as they rushed to buddy's den
MEANWHILE
"the anger" buddy said softly as he lets his sister out of his hug "what?" shiny asked "the anger its gone" he said and for once in 3 years buddy finally smiled again "i always knew there was still a good rex in you i just needed to find it" she said with a smile "lets go home" buddy said as shiny nods and they both leave buddy's den but before they could get any further a suchomimus suddenly appears in front of buddy's den and roars at them "shiny get behind me this is gonna get rough" he said "you sure you can take this?" she asked "pretty much yeah" he said as sucho charges at them but buddy counter attacks with a headbutt to the sucho's chest however the sucho managed to scratch buddy he roared in pain and backed off "there they are!" don said pointing at the battle up in the air as the pteranodon family come down to save shiny "COME ON IS THAT THE BEST YOU'VE GOT? CAUSE I KNOW YOU CAN DO BETTER!!!" he said biting the sucho's arm and breaking it the sucho was very pissed and throws buddy to the side after that he lunges towards shiny but just at the right moment buddy grabs the sucho's tail with his jaw and slams it into the rocks then buddy headbutts the sucho until the rock finally fell on the sucho killing it as buddy roars in victory the others arrived to save shiny "sweetie are you alright?" mrs pteranodon said "im fine mom and if it wasen't for him i would have been dead" she said pointing at buddy who was now walking closer to the others and then "thank you shiny for everything" he said as he hugged his sister again "dont worry i'll always be here to help you little brother" she giggled as the others join to hug buddy too "hey buddy" don said "yeah?" buddy said "you did promise didn't you?" he asked "why wouldn't i?" he said as he let don ride on his head just like he promised so many years ago "im finally fixed and now nothing's gonna keep me away from family ever again" he thought
